All Area Roofing & Restoration

I paid Frank a lot of money to repair my roof - which has leaking around the exhaust vents. I paid him over $1200 to :"repair" the roof - as it turned out he put 7 nails in my roof and caulked around the leaking vents and gave me a 5 year warranty on the work. Less than 2 years later, part of my ceiling caved in due to a recurring leak. Frank is a very dishonest business man. He wears you out because you have to badger him to do the things he said he would do. A true shark. I want everyone to know about him. This company is out of business currently but just watch out if he returns

Did not deliver on promises. Repeatedly told me a time of arrival and did not follow through. Sent a painter whose work was not satisfactory. Workers came and stayed a short time and left. Sent people who were not experienced. Was paid half of cost prior to starting and even though the contract called for remainder when job was finished, asked for part pay before work was done. When I refused, I was sent people who had not done the work previously, told me work was completed and after I paid contractor, I found the work had not been completed. After many phone calls I finally was sent people who completed the work.

Great job and many extras were given at no charge to us. My new roof looks great along with the wrapped trim around gararge doors and back french door. Love the look of the brick mailbox!

The workers were very fast and were friendly. The contractor was able to answer all questions and was readily available when I called him. I didn't give 5 out of 5 because I have some dents in the metal trim that was removed and reinstalled to facilitate the roofing. Other than that I would hire them again.

I hired them to replace the roof on my home and shed. I had to call them to find out if they were coming on the promised date? No one had planned to come that date. The crew got here early when a date was set to start taking off the old roof. The super showed up about 2 hours later. There were issues i can not cover comment limit. I have an issue caused by their recommendation and have spent the last 2 months trying to get it resolved, with a little effort to get it completed. If you paid your bill don't expect anything done without issue. They promise a ten year warranty on their work, but

They did a fantastic job! I had them do two of my rental units and they did such a great job I have them doing my personal house now. Frank is definitely my 'roof guy' now.

The job was left incomplete. When I called in to follow up with why the job was left unfinished I was told I would receive a call back. Has not happened.

Had All Area come out for an estimate to repair/replace siding at the very top of the house that Irene took off. Their first estimate was extremely high, so I told them I would just go with another company. The guy called his boss and lowered the price by 33%. He ended up doing it on the spot--had to drive to Home Depot to get replacement pieces and replaced 1 strip the length of the house because the size was slightly different. All in all the job was done quick and looks great. I appreciate the extra effort put in, but wish they would have been up front with the price... quote me for materials and labor, no games.

these guys were priced fairly, quick, responsive and thorough. the few remaining quibbles I had at the end of the job were dealt with rapidly and to my satisfaction. i would hire them again.

7/19/2011 Project: Install 10' x 12' Paver Patio I found the All-Area company and aother local company while searching the internet for my home patio project. Jason, the masonry director, visited the following day to provide a quote. He also pointed out a needed correction to an old brick walkway that would impact the proposed project. He provided a very reasonable quote, for the patio and walkway repair. He provided a full explanation of what steps the project entailed, how his crew would do it and how long it would take. The project started early on the target date and completed that same evening. I was very pleased with the job.

I loved the way these guys arrived early and stayed until the job was finished (even at 7:30pm). They were recommended to friends, with satifaction as well.

I picked all area roofing and restoration. The boss of the area roofing and restoration is very easy to talk to. All Area roofing and restoration is the only company who sent me the written proposal I have had asked for and sent through email in the same day. My roof is done and I am happy with the result.

patio is not exactly what we wanted, but fire pit is ok. We will learn to live with it.

Excellent company to work with.

All Area Roofing and Restoration installed a cap top fence, a new roof, new gutters, and built a hammock arbor. The roof install was completed in day, they arrived early and didn't take any breaks till the job was done. Clean up was very maticulous. The gutters were installed the following day, quick and professional. What a difference in curb appeal. The fence installation took a few days due to weather, and I was kept informed during the delays. Rescheduling was done accomodating my schedule. I would recommend All Area Roofing and Restoration for any project you might have. I have already referred several of my friends.

We met Frank as our last of 5 bids to replace our roof. We realized he was the one to go with since he has a lot of experience working with insurance adjusters. We had suffered roof damage in a storm and he was committed to help us have our roof replacement covered by our insurance. He stayed in contact with us, made sure he was present when our insurance guy was there, and once we gave him the green light, the roof was replaced within days. Once completed, I found just a couple of minor things I was not completely satisfied with. Frank came right out and the minor cosmetic issues were fixed to my satisfaction within 2 hours. Very Pleased!

I received quotes from several companies and this company gave us the most bang for our buck! Not only were they very affordable but they completed an extra project of replacing my chimney cap. They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would and my yard, roof (of course), and my gutters are cleaner now then when they started! Do not look any farther you will not go wrong with this company!!!
