I needed a toilet repaired Labor Day weekend, coincidentally a weekend that hard working people should have off. The contractors were able to walk me through the process, obtain parts and complete the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend AAA American Best Contracting. The plumber completed two tasks - one of which was the installation of a new shower head. The shower head I'm sure was the cheapest one that they could find but I was charged $70 plus labor for its installation. I have no idea what brand it was as I was not allowed to look at the box it came in. In the end Chris, the owner, charged me an exorbitant price and my check was cashed the same day the work was done. I felt totally ripped off, fleeced and cheated. They have no integrity or decency. RUN - DO NOT WALK - away from this company. Honest is not their middle name. I found them on Angi's. This was my first experience with Angi's and it will be my last. Going forward I will get contractor referrals from family and friends.

Chris made a special effort to call this morning as one of his workers hadnt responded yesterday. Very apologetic & sent Jose who was very courteous & knowledgable. Thank you for responding at short notice.

The plumber that came told me he can change the flushing mechanism, in about an hour, well it took him about 3 1/2 hours to complete the job, He reeked of alcohol and was constantly dropping tools on the tile floor. When he finally finished he did a poor job of cleaning up his mess. totally dissatisfied with this company.

The plumber communicated the steps well and answered my questions about the plan to fix the clog. The job was completed timely fir thr agreed upon price.

It was a big job in this old house but they got it done. Took some time but it is good.

The owner was very professional and friendly, however, the workers were not. They did not provide a fair customer service and they were friendly until I questioned them about the job.

There are not enough stars to rate how great this company is! I had a huge plumbing issue as well as old pipes that needed to be converted into PVC. I called for an estimate they came my house within 2 days.Valentino came to my house to access the problem within the hour he came back with Jose to confirm they could take on my huge project. I loved how detail oriented they both were not only did they come up with a solution to my plumbing issues but they were able to resolve the project with no hidden fees! They were very informative of what they were working on and kept me informed step by step (as I said this was a big project) which helped me with my worries, they are beyond professional and great at what they do. I had a point of contact with Chris, who is also amazing he made sure to not surprise me with any additional fee’s, I knew exactly what they were working on from the very 1st visit. I highly recommend this company especially because they are very honest, after my 1st project I hired them for a second one, I was so satisfied that we are now working on my basement sewer system. They will be my go to company for any future projects, if you haven’t referred them them to your friends/company, you need to do so!! Jose is awesome he came into my house and got right to work and kept me informed step by step. Valentino was super great at letting me know the fees and breaking down the plumbers language. Chris called each day to follow up and see if I had additional questions. At this point I feel like they are family!!! I am super satisfied and content with their work thus far! I can’t wait for them to return to complete project #3!!! I highly recommend this company!! Their work is excellent!

I accidentally flushed a denture down the toilet. They could not get out with the auger or suction and claimed that the clog was lower down and they couldn't do that work. So I called Roto-Router. Their guy instantly determined that the clog was not further down and the denture was still stuck in the toilet. After a lot of hard work with the auger, he got the denture low enough to be seen and then fished it out with a coat hanger (9lthough that was my idea and I held the flashlight for him. It seems to me the AAA did not care if he solved the problem or not.

I had an issue with the pipes under the kitchen sink. that needed to be completely replaced. They responded immediately to my request with a call to access the situation, They were extremely professional and polite, sent a party of two, had constant contact as to their arrival and made contact upon arrival, They were also speedy and neat in the work they completed. And extremely efficient. I will use them again and will recommend to others if necessary.

Had three issues I had been putting off. They came immediately, gave me a price and repaired the problems. In addition they did prophylactic care, one very old faucet required a washer they did the same for its companion. The next day a small complication they returned immediately and adjusted it. Both Jose and Valentino were very polite, knowledgable and professional. I recommend them.

Professional service at a reasonable price

Two plumbers showed up; evaluated what had to be done. Said that the faucet would cost about $200.00 and that the cost of everything would be $475.00 with installation. Well the cost of the faucet at Home Depot was priced at $99.00 (Glacier Bay McKenna). I am sure that the Contractor paid about $75.00, therefore the cost of the job was $400.00. I was not satisfied with the work because when I swivel the facet it knocks against the cabinet back, making a banging noise caused by the weight. I called the contractor to report this problem and the plumbers were sent back to my apartment to evaluate the weight hitting the cabinet wall and determined that there was nothing that could be done because the water cables were too short. The faucet that was removed had very long cables to prevent knocking on the wall and this should have been noted. I remarked to the plumber that perhaps something could be placed on the wall where the weight was hitting to silence it. He remarked that he would report to his boss and that I would hear from him; that was three days ago and I have not heard from the company since. When evaluating work, one should observed what is already installed and at least try to duplicate. The water cables were too short. Therefore, I must come up with a solution to try and cancel the banging on the wall.

Charged $150 for a leaky faucet, the faucet still leaks...

They destroyed my plumbing. After speaking to their office staff they denied they ever came out. Never addressed the original issue. Do not hire this company. VERY DECEPTIVE!

They did not have a receipt form on them and promised to send me the receipt by email. I called to remind them 4 times and still, more than 2 weeks later have not received the receipt.

My experience will differ from other people due to the fact that the house is a rental and is located on a special street therefore I had to step up to the plate and try my best to get this thing resolved. I also had the deadline to meet with the Dept. of Environmental Protection Agency.

They know what they are doing as far as installation, BUT I will not be calling them back because they are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and DO NOT COMPLETE task lists. The edit is and you end up with 20% less accomplished then you requested while still managing to give you a bill for 30% more than you should pay. 2 Times this happened. So the projects that they handled HAVE TO AGAIN be addressed to complete the whole list. Think 9 times before using this company. They do too much talking also NOT GOOD!
