Quick, courteous and professional service! The company contacted me right away after submitting a request through Home Advisor. The customer service rep was courteous and advised the plumbers could be at my doorstep in less than an hour. The guys arrived in less than 45 minutes and spent only about 30 minutes clearing the 3 drains I requested be cleared. The guys were very professional, did clean work and used protective shoe covers when walking around the house. While the cost was a little higher than I would’ve liked, you cannot deny the high quality service provided from start to finish. A great experience and I am looking to hire them again for additional work.

They were called to track the source of a leak from a 2nd-floor bathroom to the kitchen below. Upon the first $70 visit, I was told the leak was due to bad grout on floor (my elderly dad uses a shower bench). Upon covering that area, leak continued so they came back. I was told they found the leak and it was near bathtub faucets. That area was covered with plastic and duck tape. The leak continued. I subsequently called another plumber who told me the problem was just the fact that it was an old shower and needed an entire regrouting. I was more than willing to pay Anthony's for his time, even though he was never able to correctly diagnose the problem. But I was quite upset to receive a $570 bill. They never actually did any plumbing work and came back due to the fact that they kept misdiagnosing the problem. When I called, they were quite unprofessional and even made comments about me being on vacation while they dealt with the problem. Yet, they are the professionals. Had they simply told me from the start the the shower was old and just needed regrouting I would have gladly paid them a fair fee. When I asked for an itemized bill to see their hourly fee, they said they don't do that. I paid the bill in full, but I would not recommend using them.

Gary and Scott answered all of my questions and provided explanations when necessary. They completed the work in a professional manner, and the final bill was exactly what the estimate indicated. Also, the office staff is very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend this company!

They arrived promptly and did a good job, although it was a bit pricey.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was comfortable dealing with the company and feel confident the plumbers know what they are doing. It was a very difficult repair but Gary and Scott never became cross with me, they were pleasant the whole time.

Their office people are very courteous. She called me with updates when the guys were running late at a previous job, which I greatly appreciated. They evaluated my job, gave me a quote, which was the exact price I paid. They fixed my angle stops for my toilet bowl, and installed new one. They worked efficiently, and did not leave a mess. Plus, their work was top notch. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.
