AAA Apex Construction Corp.

On October 5, 2022, Apex Construction came to our home to give an estimate on repairing a leak we had in the roof. At that time, it was raining, and apparently, the inspector DID NOT go up on the roof for a visual inspection. That is an unacceptable way for an inspection. We were not home at the time so we were not aware of that. Blerim wrote up a contract to fix our issue with a price of $2200 and a $1000 deposit required. We wrote a check for $1,000 and they arranged a date to go fix the roof. When Blerim (the worker who wrote the contract) arrived at the job, he called my wife and told her that now that he had a chance to get up on the roof, it appears a lot more work will need to be done and now the price will be $10,000!!! That number was way out of our budget and if he had originally told us that amount, we never would have signed a contract with them! Not. My wife told Blerim to leave and forget that we cannot afford that and will not have them repair the roof. We asked for the deposit back and were told he had to contact the office. The next few days my wife went back and forth with Blerim about returning the deposit and he said the office had to handle the return of the deposit. We waited patiently until today, November 7, 2022 (a month later), I finally had an appointment with them at their office to get my deposit back. I drove to their office in Garfield because they said if I arrived between 5:30 and 6:00 pm, they would give me the money. It is an hour and a half ride and when I was about 20 minutes away, I alerted them I would be there shortly. They responded no one was in the office. So now I had to turn around and drive back home. A waste of gas and tolls! And NO DEPOSIT RETURNED! They come in with a lowball proposal, take your deposit, and then jack up the price when they arrive to do the job. STAY AWAY!!!

They worked quickly and did a sloppy job on my front steps and walkway. My front porch and steps needed to be completely removed and replaced, a much bigger job than AAA or I originally thought. However, they never showed me permits for the job, they wanted payment each day and they never completed the job. I still have a piece of railing missing that would never pass inspection, and the salesperson Mark never answered my text message regarding the finish work. I was very disappointed by this experience.

A very good business with good competitive rates. The work done on my front porch and steps was noting short of excellent. If you want your next project done right i highly recommend AAA Apex Construction.

Positives: Low prices, started right away, reimbursed/compensated for issues with installation. Negatives: Ordered/installed wrong product, installed in the rain (which left residue on pavers from the polymeric sand), poor customer service

They were efficient , professional and did quality work. Cleaned up and left everything in order. I would totally recommend them.

I had a patio installed. It is ok, but far from perfect. There should be a slight slant so the water can roll into the grass, but I feel the slant is a little too extreme. I have two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the patio, and the patio is higher by one set of doors and lower by the other set. Also I guess they waited to long to complete the cement work and the right corner of the patio looks like a patch job. I expected a better job.

Very pleased with their work and customer service. Always showed up on time; every call was answered immediately. The patio and front steps look amazing and our neighbors hired them to do work for their homes when they saw the quality and workmanship of our project. They also reroofed our home..very well done and priced well. it was also done in one day.

They showed up on time and although they didn't have the permit as they were supposed to, they were able to work it out and get the job done on time. They did good work.

AAA Apex came out promptly and quoted my roof repair at a reasonable cost. They were flexible while I worked with my insurance company to obtain additional money when an unforseen problem was found. Everything was repaired and cleaned up in one day. I have not been able to confirm that everything was repaired as I am handicapped and cannot climb the ladder to the second story, but from what I could see, everything was completed as stated.

I got excellent service from AAA Apex Construction. I hired them to repair my roof and they did a great job. The cleanup was well done and I am very happy that I chose this company. I would definitely recommend AAA Apex to anyone.

I recently got my roof repaired by AAA Apex Construction. I have used many other companies in the past, but after my experience with this company, I will never use anyone else. First of all they have great customer service. I needed to repair my roof right away so therefore they sent the technician out the same day I called the office. They came the next day and started the job. Once they finished, the cleanup in the work area was great. Thank you Benny and Tom!

The AAA Apex team has been an absolute please to work with. I needed a quote on repairing my roof and I got a few estimates but AAA Apex gave me the best price! They repaired the roof in a short period of time and the job was done neatly.

After my request AAA Apex contacted me right away. Bill came in for the estimate the same day. They came to finish the work the next day. He was polite, professional, cleaned up the work area and did what he said he would and more. I would definitely recommend them for professional work.
