I asked if he could clean my white sofa. Itâ s dirtier than before he started. Area rug is ok he should never have said he could clean my sofa

Art was great!!!! I had a very sick dog that left spots on my carpet. He worked on the carpets for a very long time. One spot lightly reappeared, and he came back with no questions asked and redid it. I was very pleased. I will definitely have him come back to do my tiles next, as he did a sample cleaning. I have already referred him.
