A company you can trust! I was wary to try a new contractor but mold destroyed my bathroom and it had to be rebuilt. They were great with walking me through the process and giving an exact estimate. We got to have fun making new designs. They keep to their timeline, price, and word. I will hire them again for my upstairs remodel bathroom and any other jobs that they do!

My experience of using AAA certified restoration & construction is excellent. I live in the UK and have a holiday home in Florida and when I decided that I wanted to make various improvements to my home I didnâ t know where to start. Until I contacted AAA and Ann made the whole experience so easy for me. Ann and her fantastic team can do everything. I first hired them to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms last year and I was so happy with the results that I used them again to do multiple jobs. They have replaced my entire roof, put drywall up in my garage and layed a beautiful epoxy floor, repaired cracks in my exterior walls then repainted the entire house, installed driveway pavers, repaired lanai screens, repaired sprinklers and the list goes on. I will not hesitate to use AAA in the future. No job is too big or small for them. In fact I am considering extending my lanai and I have requested a quote from them. I would not consider using anyone else. They are extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy. Ann is definitely my go to if and when I get any work done to my home in the future. Ann Allison and her team are amazing! I would highly recommend AAA certified restoration & construction to anyone who is looking to have work done in their homes. I met Ann and we discussed the work that I wanted done in my 2 bathrooms and kitchen and she was fantastic. I warmed to her straight away and had a strong feeling that I could trust her with my home. The work started quickly and I very much enjoyed receiving communication from Ann with samples of tiles, faucets, cabinetry etc., Her vision soon became a reality and I now have an absolutely beautiful kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. Great contractor. Always approachable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Crews were very professional as well as knowledgeable The timeline was kept on track. Any little speed bumps were handled ASAP. Very happy with Ann, Barkley, Joe, Austin and Chris. Stucco crew and epoxy guys did a stellar job as well. The patio reconstruction went well. The now man room looks really awesome.
