My employer (The Whitman residence) had a plumbing issue, technically no water pressure. So we called AAA City Plumbing and within hours Frankie Starnes showed up to fix the problem and it turned out to be a different issue then we had suspected. He was very personable, prompt, communicative and reasonably priced. It was great to get a text in advance with a photograph of the person arriving so we would know who to look for. My employer is elderly so he received a senior citizen discount. I highly recommend this company, especially for showing up so quickly! If you hire anyone in the Chester area you will be extremely lucky if they show up at all. So luckily AAA services the Chester area.

I called AAA City Plumbing today for help with a leak, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jamie answered the phone and was beyond friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule me the same day and was incredibly accommodating when I let her know I had a meeting until 11:30. Communication was prompt and thoughtful — she even called before the technician arrived so I could put my dog away, which I really appreciated. Sean, the technician, was just as great. He took the time to thoroughly check out the issue and patiently answered what felt like a million questions. He was honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary services. We talked through the options and landed on the right solution together. Overall, amazing service. The entire team was responsive, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Five-star customer service all around — highly recommend!
