They treated my emergency like an emergency. One other called at lunchtime and the third didn't call at all. They came out, explained the work, did the work and left me with no surprises. The man who did the work was delightful and answered all of my questions. I will use this company again for sure.

They came out on New Year's eve when I didn't think they would be working. The service guy worked hard to find my clog - ran a snake for 65 feet and got it cleared out.

The plumber was very nice and he did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. I thought the cost to be a little above average for the job performed, however the response time was same day.

The faucet/spigot sticks out 3 inches past the siding on the house. It is not bolted down, so I have to hold it with one hand to make sure it does not come off. I do not recommend this company at all.

AAA Plumbing was friendly and quick. Repair done in less than a day and it involved a lot of digging. My only complaint was the cigarette butts one of the workers left behind in the yard and on the driveway.

Mike was the plumber that came to our house and diagnosed a smell problem in one of our bathrooms.He is a very personable and knowledgeable guy who I would ask for again! I highly recommend this company.

The project was to repair/replace the main waterline to the house at a cost of approximately $3,800. They were quick to schedule. While replacing the line, they broke the city meter requiring the water to be shut off to the house for an additional day (probably not unusual) and they cut the sprinkler line (not surprising). When the project was finished, we no longer had enough pressure to run the sprinkler system. They removed the pressure reducer to no avail, and suggested I do the following: (1) replace sprinkler heads, (2) have the city check the new meter, (3) have the back-flow valve checked. Its been 8 weeks and the issue has not been resolved. We continue to have issues with the sprinkler and dishwasher resulting from low pressure. The only remaining recommendation is to add a new line from the street with an estimated cost of an addition $5,000. No idea what it will cost to bring the lawn back,.

Same day service,very good. I had a emergency with septic lid and they resolved the issue the same day, in spite of the rain.
