Arrived late and when making repair, instead of cutting out one big piece, cut in odd sections. That made it hard to put the stained carpet inside a closet, where we were using to replace the damaged carpet.

these guys redid the badly soiled areas over and over until the carpet was clean; James and Scott took their time and did the job right. Price was very reasonable for the level of effort. Would very strongly recommend them for carpet stretching and cleaning.

Hired to re-stretch and clean three rooms of carpet for $400. The re-stretching job was completed and done well, but they did not clean the carpets. My wife paid them because they said they were finished. I go to see the house and the carpets were not cleaned/still had stains. Called them. They said they were not aware they had to clean them. I said it was verbally agreed on. I mean come on $400 to re-stretch 3 carpets? Then they said my wife told them not to clean. Well which is it? Then I was told they would fit me into the schedule within the next four days....They never showed.
