They are professional, friendly and punctual.

I was a customer of AAA Cleaning Genies for well over a year and their service was adequate. In the beginning, we had Erin as the maid in charge and the service was outstanding. Once Erin left for a position with another company, the maids sent to our home changed seemingly every month and the service declined along with it. There were more and more flaws with their service, missing obvious items that should have been cleaned. For the most part, we overlooked these errors during cleaning. We were totally taken by surprise when instead of our usual call to confirm our next service, we were told that AAA Cleaning Genies was no longer servicing our Destrehan location, which is on the St. Rose side of the 310. (You are showing that they service Destrehan and St. Rose. This is obviously not true.) When I further questioned when this decision was made (since we had just been serviced a couple of weeks earlier), she said that they just decided this. Needless to say, I was upset since we were expecting our next service in a few days. Since I am disabled, we had come to depend on their cleaning service. For a company to just decide this unexpectedly with absolutely no notice whatsoever, was extremely poor business. After all, would it have been so difficult for them to keep the next appointment and allow the service cancellation to take effect in a couple of weeks. I would never have expected Amanda, the owner, to do such a thing to a loyal customer. It was extremely disappointing, and, because of that, I would not recommend AAA Cleaning Genies. Obviously, they cannot be depended on for continuing service when they will drop a long-time customer because we are located two miles east of the 310 bridge. You should not be showing that this company services Destrehan and St. Rose. They do not.

We hired AAA about 6-9 mos ago and were initially pleased with the service but as time went on the quality of service really started to lack. The first time my wife noticed our back door glass had smudges on it. I figured it was just an oversight they'll get it next time. But the next time there were crumbs on the counter, stainless refrigerator had smudges, tile floor corners were gross and lamps and fire place still dusty. Amongst other things. They have a check list and the items that were lacking were checked off. I didn't get it. I let AAA know and they came out and the next cleaning was free. They made it right.... until the next scheduled cleaning. It was the same exact problems as before. I figured it was just how it was going to be so I regretfully let them go. They told me they would send my key back to me but 6 days later still no key. Hope this review helps them to become better.

Hard workers.

These ladies were prompt and extremely hard workers!! They cleaned the hell out of my house. Wish I could afford them on a monthly basis!!!

They are excellent workers

I would and have recommended this company to my friends. They are excellent workers! The job they did made the house look better than new!

Very pleasant to work with

They do a great job

Look no further. Hire them. They're the best.

They did a great job. We have an adopted Greyhound and they get along with her great. We are very pleased with the cleaning they did for us.

Amanda is professional and handle the consult well and answered all my questions. Now the cleaning service is complete i would recommend for maid service. The cost was a little higher than i had paid other services but well worth it. The job was done completely and exceeded my standards. I will be a repeat customer!

I was very pleased with their cleaning abilities. Their friendless was wonderful. Also when I asked them to do something, there was no questions asked. They never said that wasn't on their cleaning list or they didn't have time, I would recommend them to any of my friends.
