Although MPS was more expensive than the other two pros we had contacted, it was worth the money. Time was taken to describe exactly what was going to be done and why specific materials were being used. Plus, MPS arrived at our home the day after we established a starting time period.

Great service and great work. Project started on time and completed as promised. I was able to talk to Mike on the phone or via email with any questions. The only thing is that I have requested broom finish for our patio and when the concrete dried it was a little rough to walk on with bare feet. Maybe I should have requested smooth finish.

Mike managed my expectations very good from the first call for an estimate to the completed job.It was done on time and on budget.Mike was there to get the job going and then left it to a very capable employee who had finished the job. I have had no issues with the completed project.

I replaced a crumbling garage floor and prepared the site myself, laying down insulation and pex tubing for a radiant heat floor. Mike was very helpful in answering my questions on preparing the site. I feel MPS did a very good job at a competitive price. They showed up on the dot for estimating the job and poured the floor when they said they would.

The steps ended up slightly off-level. There was a major problem with damage to our new blacktop, although it was amicably settled, it should not have occurred in the first place. Suggest that if the situation ever occurs again, they double-check with a homeowner before signing off on a waiver to drive cement trucks on new blacktop.

The work site wasn't cleaned up after completion. Excess concrete dumps were left on the grass, pieces of dug up black top were left laying around, water hoses were used without putting them back where they got them. All of these items are not critical to the work done, but would certainly make MPS look more professional.
