The problem was a belt in the whole house fan that had gone bad. The receptionist was awesome and the service person was very respectful, which I appreciate. When I booked the appointment I asked about fees, and was told there was a $59 dispatch fee and from there I would get an estimate. When he arrived I was told there was an additional $301 diagnosis fee, which I agreed to because I assumed it would credit toward the repair. After a half hour in the attic he returned with the bad belt, said he would go to his truck and see about a replacement, which turned out to need to be ordered - $60 more dollars. Then he said it would cost another $260 to return and install it, so we declined. My husband bought a belt for $10 and installed it himself (10 minutes) and AAA did give us the additional belt at no charge. They may be excellent at other electrical issues, so my only caution is to understand the charges up front - some projects may need a charge to diagnose due to complexity, but for what we were being charged to replace a belt we could have replaced the entire unit.

They did a good job and cleaned up there mess. Would recommend!

Excellent customer service and was able to set an appt quickly. Although my problem was resolved before the technician arrived the receptionist was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will certainly keep their number and use them in the future.

When Ed showed up to give us an estimate for some repair work we discovered in the course of our conversation that he had initially re-wired our home in 1993 under a different business name- small world! Great job then, great job now!

They charge a 59 dispatch fee which was ok. Then when they showed up there was another 22 charge for using the truck to drive to your house! So even before anything is done there is both those no refundable charges! So you are kinda of trapped since they won't tell a price over the phone. If you say forget it there goes your money and then you have to hire someone else.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, did the job quickly and efficiently.

Good service, had some issues with communication on scheduling but at the end of the day it all worked out. The tech tried to up-sale to something we did not need but once he completed what we asked him to do, his work turned out great. It was a bit pricey for the work completed but it was worth it, to have it done right the first time.

Very professional company, great service, they follow-up, and are detailed. My only concern was that they were a little pricey. I had an outlet burnout and another not working. over 800 dollars made me cringe, but everything else was very, very professional.

Great customer service. Calling in to get someone to come out and install a ceiling fan was never so easy. This was my first time using this service and I was impressed with communication skills over the phone. When time came that the technition was supposed to come and install my fan, they had to cancel because of a personal emergency, which is understandable and not a big deal. They even gave me $100 off for the inconvenience which was really nice. Finally they came and installed the fan and when it was all done, the price came out to be $635. Yikes! So it would have been over $700 if I didn't get the $100 off? That seems pretty pricey just to install a ceiling fan. Even $635 seems pretty expensive just to install a ceiling fan. Over all I'm satisfied with the work and the service, just wish the price was a little cheaper.

Their customer service was excellent, courtesy and communication was awesome!

The company electrician, Sam, was well dressed and polite. He understood the need to remove and replace (R&R) the outside electrical plugs because they were not up to current code (50 years old). He also R&R one ceiling fan that was not working correctly. He went to the closest Home Depot store to purchase a new ceiling fan and installed it. Same, thank you for the great service.

Total cost to run the electrical line from the junction box to a wall in the garage was a bit excessive, but the electrician was courteous and professional. He did a good job for me. His professionalism and for the great job that he did balances the cost of the job.

Very expensive. For 3 Hours of work $1,150.00.
