The gentleman who came to perform the repairs was knowledgeable, courteous, capable and competent. He worked diligently and left no mess at all. He was considerate of my needs to have the job done promptly and efficiently given the situation with which he had to deal. He had all the tools and parts at hand, in his truck, on site, so there was no delay. Everything functions as it should and I am no longer inconvenienced by the problem. The task at hand was more complicated than anticipated, however, he explained it fully and indicated precisely what was needed to be done. All aspects of the job at hand were addressed and repaired.

Very professional. The work was explained to me and I was given optioins. Ed was polite and took his time. The job was clean and I am very satisfied with the results. If I have future needs I would use him again and would recommend him without reservation.

Ed Juarez immediately returned my phone call and we scheduled an appointment. He was timely and the quality of work was excellent. He was on the expensive side. But, he was easy to work with and he's quite knowledgeable. I would hire him again, but would negotiate a little more on the price.

The day he was supposed to come he did not show up and I did not receive a phone call. I had to call him and was told he forgot to put me on his schedule. He did come that evening and completed my job in a professional manner.

I was very pleased with AAA Electrical Services and plan on using them again. They were very helpful and had very good suggestions to improve the value of our electrical system. I was very disappointed in Dr Volt Electric. They were the first to call but did not show up for 2 scheduled appointments ;, and did not have the courtesy of calling me up the second time with an explanation or an apology. I was very disappointed with them and their lack of professionalism.
