We needed our basement waterproofed and chimney replaced. kastro explained what needed to be done and gave a price and time estimate. The job was completed on time and the quality of the work was excellent. The workers put in full days and worked very hard. They cleaned up everything. Our basement is no longer flooding and the chimney work was professional. We would highly recommend them for future work.

I was recommended this company from one of my neighbors and we used them on our roof and gutters, workers were professional and kind, the project manager was always there and ready to ask any question. Very clean and I feel that they gave me a good deal. I will use them again!

We are very happy and pleased with our new roof. We had several different quotes and kastro because they appeared to be the most knowledgeable and had the best customer service!! The crew was polite and answered questions we had while doing the work they had the entire roof on and cleaned up debris in one day and installed new gutters the next!! Highly recommend this kastro and hes team for professionalism, excellent customer service and fantastic roof and gutter installation!!

kastro his Team surpassed my expectations on this job..kastro ensure at all time i was happy threw out the entire process. He continually ask me if I liked what i was seeing. His team worked extremely Officially and quickly. The Job that was done at my house was, entire basement wall with wire mesh and double coat of cement. Also they opened the door entrance to the basement from the backyard. the door previously was only 24 inch. now it is 36 and they made two cement wall to sustain the bilco door they also installed. and if thats not enough they removed my old step and remade them Beautifully. The cherry on top was they Completed this Big Job with in 3 days. which i was extremely surprised about!!! i am glad it was quick and Done Correctly which is more important.

As a registered architect, I am pretty fussy about the work done on our 130-year-old house. When the Yankee (built-in) gutters needed relining, I contacted AAA Empire (Kastro) through HomeAdvisor. Upon inspection, the entire gutter system required removal and replacement back to the second floor joists. The carpentry and roofing work was performed professionally and expertly. The workmen were careful and the site was left clean of debris each day they worked. The repair looks terrific and very close to the original. The carpentry and painting was excellently done. I have no trouble in recommending this firm.

I can say enough GREAT things about this company. What started as a small Gutter cleaning job became a replacement of the chimney. Kastro videoed everything he found regarding the chimney so I could see for myself. He did phenomenal work, was more than fair, and explained everything to us step by step. He and the entire crew are consummate professionals, clean, efficient, and friendly. Kastro was even going to take off his shoes (which we said was not necessary ) when he came in the house to fill out & sign the contract. I will DEFINITELY have him come back and do other work and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. So nice to do business with people I believe I can trust.

Found Progressive AAA empire on homeadvisor kastro called to set up appointment. He was very knowledgeable in the area of what we needed done. I liked the fact he brought pictures of work he has completed. He was very professional. His workers arrived on time day we were given for them to start our new steps. Could not be happier with the quality of work. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their service. Ask for kastro he was the best

Kastro and hes team rebuilt my chimney installed a liner. They scheduled the work within a week of my phone call. They arrived on time and competed the job in a few hours. The quality and professionalism was top notch. It is difficult enough these days finding competent companies, and when you do it's another story having them show up any time soon. Kastro came by and looked at the problem with the skylight that was leaking and found that the flashing on the skylight wasn t installed correctly and was roofing cement around it. He came back the next day with a new flashing kit. Cleaned all the roofing cement and installed the new flashing kit. Very professional and I would highly recommend AAA EMPIRE

They even cleaned the gutters while they were here and found a issue with the chimney and the roof which I will be getting repaired as well. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

I was impressed with kasto . His knowledge of the roofing business, products and advice. He spent a lot of time inspecting my roof from both on top and in the attic taking time to show me the areas in need of special attention and giving me valuable advice. He wasn't the lowest price but he delivered on time no extras or excuses . I had several estimates and meetings with contractors. Great Job as simple as that. My wife loves the look of the new roof. Makes it even better. Crew very professional, friendly and cleaned up,Great Crew!!
