It looked at first as if the problem was just that the gas line had not been turned on, but technician continued to look a problem and found a loose wire in the switch. He fixed that, cleaned up outside of the firebox, added a few embers and the unit looked like new. Wonderful work!

The only downside to my experience was the arrival time. I was provided a 4:00 time. I arrived home at 3:45 to find they had already come and gone. Luckily, it happened that another family member was home. But that is not normally the case. I can only provide feedback via what my elderly parent experienced & what was written on the receipt.

The man who cleaned our fireplace was personable, likeable and knew what he was doing. We thought the price for the service was a bit high ($99.00) but that does not reflect on the quality of the service or the person who performed it.
