ok so my garage door came off the track at like 7am and my car was completely stuck inside. i panicked a little. called AAA and Joseph was at my house in maybe 45 minutes. he got it back on, checked the other side too, and i made it to work only a little late. seriously saved my morning

Wesley came out and replaced my opener. He had a few different options with him and walked me through the differences without being pushy about it. I picked the mid range one, he installed it, programmed my remotes and the keypad, showed me the app, and left. Everything works great.

called them at 8pm on a tuesday when my door would not close. was not expecting anyone to actually come out that night. David showed up around 9:30, found the cable had snapped, fixed it, tested it a few times and left. really did not expect that kind of response at that hour

I have been putting this off for like 3 months lol. Finally called AAA this morning, Joseph came out around noon, replaced the torsion spring, lubed everything up and was gone by 1. Door sounds brand new. Should've done this way sooner honestly

Our warehouse dock door jammed halfway open right before our biggest shipment of the month. AAA Garage Door Services dispatched a technician within two hours. They fixed the broken tension springs on the spot and got our logistics back on track.

Joesph was very quick, and he helped me repair both of my garage doors. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use him again.

The springs were replaced but the door was not leveled. Apparently the cables were not tightened to the same length. There was a bigger gap at the left side when the door was fully opened. The door was not fully opened at all. It leaves about 2 inches.

They showed up almost immediately to repair a broken cable on my garage door. Work seems solid and repair tech was friendly and polite.

The work was done quickly and professionally, but the price charged was exorbitant! The Chamberlain opener installed retails for $199. I was charged $700! Installation was $300 for about 90 minutes of labor. The Key pad retailed for $45, but I was charged $300! Plus, there was another charge for $75. With sales tax included the total was $1,571.77!!! Yes, I should have investigated pricing before I contracted to have the work done, but I NEVER thought that an ANGI vendor would overcharge so terribly. I paid by check to avoid the 4% service charge for using a card. I am NEVER using AAA Garage Door Services again and do NOT recommend them.
