Tom and his team were great. They custom fit the gutters and downspouts to my house. I would definitely recommend hiring them over larger companies whose estimates are extremely high and then are brought down by "discounts". The first price Tom gave was fair and the work was outstanding.

GutterDome quoted me almost $5000 and then started to negotiate the price. Tom at AAA Gutter not only quoted me a price that GutterDome couldn't come close to but ALSO told me his unit prices. He's a straight shooter. He arrived on time, began on time and ended on time. The gutters are beautiful! My GC looked at it and summed it up: "This guy knows what he's doing."

Get at least 3 if not 4 quotes. These "Gutters Pros" are all over the map in pricing. I found a site online where you can enter your project info and it tells you low-med-high costs based on where you live. ALWAYS, ALWAYS ALWAYS get in writing what they are going to do. Otherwise, if you mention something they said they would do and they aren't doing it they look at you like they never heard THAT before.

Being unable to meet on site, I asked Tom if he can do the job and send me pics. He did so and what a great job. Removed the old, installed new and cleaned up in a day and a half. And the price was the best value of all 3 quotes I got for the job. Highly recommended.

Tom of AAA Gutter & downspout go above and beyond what I expected because he found dry rot on the wood that he would install the new gutter but instead of covering it up, he stopped installing his gutter, and showed me the defective wood. I hired a carpenter to change the dry rotten wood. Tom completed the gutter installation to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him because of his diligence in performing his job, honesty in dealing with his client.
