they came to fix the unit - it was a clogged pipe - they cleared it - it clogged again within a few damaging my ceiling. They then said I had to buy a new unit which I did. When installing the unit one of the workers foot went through my ceiling leaving a gaping hole. He owner sent someone to fix the ceiling. He just spackled over it - what a mess!!!! I complained and the owner sent another to cut a piece of new sheetrock which was done but not completed. It needed another coat of spackle and then needed painting. Months went by - me calling / texting and nothing! Ten months later the owner asked me to find someone in my area to do the work - which I did. The owner said he would reimburse me but has not. I call and text with no response. What should I do?

Used Angi list to search in 5 minutes got two calls AAA HVAC was the second contractor I picked, Technician named Jay arrived in 25 minutes, diagnosed the issue for no Zero Pressure Freon, inspected orally for HVAC leak, could find used Nitrogen to check and then couldnâ t find any leak, Vacuum the line set and then filled R410A Freon to start the compressor. In 30 minutes the unit was started and blowing cold air. Jay was amazing not only he was professional but was patient and educated me over the diagnostics process which made me feel that he is honest and has the best interest of mine. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with. He even explained my tenant who was asking repeated questions the cause and zero pressure on the Freon. Being in the business of property management I can say that Trusted HVAC companies are rare to find and take advantage of your emergency situation and try to make stories to make a mountain out of a mole. Great experience working with Jay and his team from initial connection to complete resolution.
