Finally figured out what was wrong with the heating and fixed it

They did the job well, but I believe the price was a bit high.

Does not reply to phone calls, does not show up when promised, leaves job incomplete, did not pay subcontracter (electrician called me and camplained that he did not received the money I payed AAA to give the $$$ to him). Needed a lot of supervision and I needed to tell them what has still to be done. Just a pain to work with.....

Very happy with their honesty

This was the worst contractor experience in my life. Joe told me on the first visit that my automatic igniter needed to be replaced and called in the part from my condo. The next day he said he had to come back because the service department had lost his order and he didn't write down the model number! After 4 separate visits he only managed to put a hole in my wall, blow multiple transformers, take a part the unit, and blow a fuse so I lost power. He stood me up 2 days in a row with no call and came 3.75 hours late another time. Due to his damage, I have to replace the entire unit!

Joseph and his father were great. The gas furnace in house stopped working on a very cold Saturday afternoon. I contacted through Service Magic and they arrived quickly, worked out what was broken and got on phone to suppliers trying to find parts. They called back later to say they got the parts and would come over and fix. They finished at around 9 that night and were very reasonable in pricing. Would hire again, happy to recommend.

Very fast response. Came out the next day, quick, efficient, fair price. Did the job right, would call them again.

First appointment he cancelled because he was running late. The second appointment he cancelled because his truck broke down. The third appointment he showed 30 minutes late. he did a good job at a fair price but if I did not have the time to wait for him I would not have gone with his services.

I called Joseph and needed him to come out on short notice to replace our 20 year unit right before a particularly hot weekend. He promptly came out the next day (a Saturday) to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the new unit wasn't available and had to be ordered, so we had to wait a few days before it could be installed. Joseph and his father completed the project at a very reasonable rate, while working through a lot of unforeseen issues. My only constructive criticism of him would be to be more proactive with calling customers and providing them with a status of the project if it runs longer than expected.

Joe from AAA Heating & A/C called me within an hour of sending my repair request (even though it was Saturday) & provided an initial on-site diagnosis that same day. After providing me with several equipment replacement options over the next few days, he called back & offered to try an alternate option using a much lower cost part to get my system working again. I'm very happy to say that his extra effort ended up fixing the problem & saved me a lot of money by avoiding a costly compressor replacement. I would highly recommend them to others.
