This was the year our exterior needed a serious refresh! We enlisted RPC to paint the entire exterior, repair trim, replace the shutters and add a pergola around the garage doors. We're so pleased with their work, that we've already engaged them for our next project involving a backyard hardscape installation. Rob is diligent with his project oversight and communication, his pricing is fair, & the work is excellent!

Rob and his subcontractors did a great job building a 2-story garage addition to our home. I supplied the plans I had done on-line and they made a few modifications for me on the fly and did a really first class job of getting it built. Rob was pretty much always available by cell phone and very responsive. He was over here every time a contractor was here to make sure they did what they were supposed to. He is trustworthy and does what he says he will do. No worries here with getting scammed or poor quality work that you won't be happy with. Highly recommended!

Rob and his crew screened in my existing patio and it looks great. Rob did a good job of suggesting nice touches to really knock it out of the park, and even took into account my future plans of where to put a concrete pad and grill in the future and incorporated that into the patio design. His crew did a great job, and was very quiet and diligent. Overall great work!

Rob and his team were delightful to work with. They were fast in their delivery of services and professional. Rob was on the job site every day checking with the team and work that was being done...that meant a lot to us. His prices were fair and the entire project was completed in one week! Rob and his team did a great job at a reasonable price. I had a concrete pad poured under a screened in porch. Additionally they pressure washed our house. We are definitely going to call Rob the next time we need a home improvement.

Rob Papp (RPC Properties) provided a bid, I accepted the bid, we established a start date then he did not deliver on the work. Rob is a GC and does not do the actual work as he contracts it out. Make sure during the proposal process that you have the actual contractor doing the work involved in every discussion and step of the bidding process.

I had Rob build some stairs at our lake lot so we could access the boat and lake. The experience was very positive from beginning to end with Rob and his team. He communicated well and followed up as expected. The quality of work and timeliness made a very smooth and enjoyable project.

I had a great experience working with Rob and his crew. They worked quickly, were very polite, and Rob visited every morning to check the job progress. They prepped and painted the exterior of my home, replaced some rotten trim, and corrected the gutters. They also stained my deck. I have a few other major projects coming up and I will definitely hire RPC again.
