AAA Heating & Air Conditioning

AAA responded promptly to my email inquiry and scheduled me the next morning. The Tech was professional and efficient. His analysis was the same as the energy company's diagnosis. He had to order the part. I understand they can't stock all parts for all appliances. We are very pleased and will use them in the future.

20030903 pm � We just got a call from AAA Heating & Air Conditioning, the part that they thought they needed is not available and they will need to order a larger assembly for $60 more. They claim that they can have the part by tomorrow. It feels very much like they stalled me for 2 weeks and now are shaking me down for another $60 knowing that I�m reluctant to start this process over. 20030903 am - I am not yet able to fully evaluate AAA Heating & Air Conditioning, as they have not completed the service. I first contacted them on Aug 18, they came out on Aug 19 and said they hoped to have the parts in on the 22nd. On the 26th I called to inquire, they could not locate my paperwork. On the 27th they called back to schedule the repair on the 29th. On the 29th the tech came out, I had to supply towels as drop cloths. He informed me that they had not ordered the proper parts and he would have to come back. I have not heard from them since. They have done a very poor job of communicating the status to me.

They were very prompt and fixed the problem in a quick and efficient manner.
