Central A/C Installation
Great team! From Matt (owner's son) who did the estimating visit, to Samantha and Jordan (very polite and responsive to scheduling needs), everyone did a great job. Realize that you're not buying an AC installation, but cold air and the long-term service relationship. The only minor thing keeping it from a 5-star rating was that the installer missed bolting the exterior compressor to the pad (required in Maple Valley building code). I was tipped off to this by the Maple Valley electrical inspector. AAA made it right, no further issues. Great people, glad to be with them!

this was just a repair, replace fan motor. also did annual maintenace and added coolant. came same day i called during hot spell. very happy with work and price

Central A/C Installation
The service was over all good. The contract stated I would get Trane. equipment but American Standard equipment was installed. Did good job cleaning up. They didn't have the exterior power cable clamp and tools to finish the job, but they are sending somebody back out with the tools to complete the job.

We did plan on putting a Trane in at your home but ended up having to use the American Standard due to the fact that Trane didn't have your unit in stock. I'm not sure if Matthew told you, but we ended up giving you a free upgrade in equipment to a better unit because of it. American Standard and Trane are actually the exact same units-- they come off the same assembly line, they just have different stickers on them. That's why we were able to swap brands when one didn't have the unit we needed. We appreciate you as a customer and apologize if we didn't communicate that well to you. Thanks!"

We were able to schedule service on the day our furnace quit. Service technician arrived right on schedule. Service technician was able to diagnose and correct our problem at time of service. He had the necessary parts in his van. He did a very thorough job in cleaning burners and advising me what to do to prevent future problems. We will use AAA Heating again!!!

Buying a new furnace can be so time consuming and confusing. Shaun at AAA took all that away for us. We had looked at various models,which were all comparatively priced. It was really about the service that AAA could provide that made us go with them. Shaun helped us locate a problem with our ducts that will save us even more money down the road. More importantly, AAA seemed to care about our families health as much as making the sale. I was confident that we were choosing the best company to install the best furnace we could afford. The technicians were great. I recommend AAA to anyone looking to do the best for your family.
