Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
AAA Home Improvement was hired to repair a roof leak around the chimney. They were late every time they arrived, if they arrived. They didn't respond to phone calls inquiring when they were going to arrive when they were late. They cleared off all the old roofing paper and shingles and left these materials piled on the side of my house. There was no clean up of the area. The only warranty they supplied was for the roofing shingles. They did not warranty the quality of their work in repairing the roof leak. In addition to repairing the roof leak, they also indicated that they were interested in replacing a section of stained interior ceiling. However they never showed up the day they were supposed to do the work. My wife wasted an entire day waiting for them to arrive but they never came or communicated with us as to why they weren't coming. I would never hire this company again, I considered their actions to be totally unprofessional.
