Good Movers

The move took a bit longer than expected, but the quality of service was good. They were in time, polite, and everything was delivered in tact. I would recommend this company.

A crew of 3 showed up on time the day of our move, as the day progressed one of the crew became very exasperated complaining about how tired he was and the size of our furniture. By the end of the day I decided to pay them and let them leave because he was obviously so unhappy. I dubbed him "Mr. Happy". I will say the other 2 were pleasant to work with. A few of my items became dirty in the truck leaving black marks on my light carpet. When he handed me the bill, I was charged an extra 2 hours for "travel time" that I had not been made aware of in advance. They got the job done but it wasnt the most professional operation.

Overall, I was satisfied with the job Gary and his team did. Gary responded quickly to my request and came out to my home and provided me with a highly-competitive quote. On move day, Jason and Chuck showed up and worked extremely hard to move all of my belongings, including an approx 700lb piano. Gary also stopped by half-way and at the end of the move to assist with moving the piano. If there was one down-side to the whole experience, it was that not all of my stuff was able to fit on the truck that they had so they had to make a second trip which made the day extra long. Otherwise, they did a good job at a fair price.

The movers arrived on time and carried out the job in a timely and professional manner.

Overall it was a good experience, timely, efficient and helpful.

I was very much pleased with the service provided by the movers (the actual laborers); however it has take three weeks to get an INVOICE from the office. After three separate requests I was finally faxed a copy of the Contract agreement, not an Invoice. Unfortunately employer require an INVOICE for reimbursment and I go another week trying to get an actual INVOICE from the office.

Although they arrived later than expected, things went smoothly for the most part. I would say that 4 of the 6 movers were efficient and skilled movers. Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms despite being clearly labeled. After they left, I did notice quite a few scuff marks on the walls, however. I thought their price was fair, and they make quick work of moving two houses worth of "stuff" into our new home.

He was willing to come by the house and provide an estimate very quickly. His price was reasonable and his work was wonderful! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed their house/deck powerwashed.

It was a little pricier than expected, but the crew did a wonderful job and had great communication throughout the process. All of my goods arrived without any dings or scratches. I would definitely recommend these guys. To move about 5,000 lbs, but it was due to lots of flights of stairs which made the workload a bit more than I previously thought. I know I would not have been able to complete this move without AAA.

They did a great job. They were very careful with my antiques.

Gary and Ryan were great! They were very careful with all of my furniture, and they thought about all of the details. I really appreciate how careful they were not to bang the walls since the house was just painted. The price was very fair, there were NO hidden costs - hourly rate. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to everyone!

An inventory of all the items in my home was taken over the phone. I walked through my home and named all items. The day of the move, a 26 ft truck instead of a 50 ft truck arrived. Gary Palmer was contacted, but indicated that a larger truck was unavailable. 2 trips were needed instead of 1. He did deduct the travel time for the 2nd trip, but that was the only thing he did to make amends for the situation. I was promised a team of 3 professional movers. However, 1 of the movers was a replacement, who indicated to us that he was not a professional mover and was just filling in. The other 2 were professionals, however, 1 of them was very sick. The move went very slowly, taking 17.5 hours, as opposed to the 8 hour estimate given. After 17.5 hours, all of the boxes were just thrown into the garage, not placed in the rooms they were intended to be in. The only furniture assembled was 1 bed. My husband had to reassemble all of the other furniture. The recently refinished hard wood floors in my old home and the newly installed hardwood floors in my new home were scratched. An antique desk was scratched up, possibly beyond repair. A lamp and 3 crystal dishes were broken, despite the use of packing paper and bubble wrap. Gary Palmer was contacted and was supposed to come out and evaluate the damage. We moved 5 weeks ago and he has yet to come out and evaluate anything. I douibt that he has any intention of doing so. This moving experience was absolutely horrible. Please, please, do not use this moving service. I don't want anyone else to have the awful experience that we had.

Jason and Ryan are very polite and hardworking young men. However, first they arrived late. Then they didn't have a dolly, so they had to carry the piano between them. It is very heavy, and so they had to stop and rest a lot. Eventually the piano got safely to my house, and all is well, but it took a lot longer and was a lot more nerve-wracking than I expected. It's too bad that you require a yes/no answer to the recommend question. I had to choose no, but what I'd really like to say is, it depends.

They did a great job and worked hard to move everything in one day. They were actually early arriving to load in the morning and worked quickly and efficiently to get everything on the truck. They were careful with my belongings and didn't damage anything during the move.

They were proactive, they spotted things to address and brought them to my attention. They went beyond expectations. They helped to identify other contractors -- and set up appointments -- for things out of their scope of work. They cared about quality. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.
