Proudly providing a variety of moving services including Local Move (Apartment, Storage, Home, Office) and Long Distance National Moves, Full Packing Supply & Service Options (ranging from select item packing to white glove all inclusive Packing Services, Custom Boxing/Crafting), as well as Private Storage in our 30,000 square foot warehouse facility. We happily offer 30 days free storage to all of our customers using the service. We are regarded as one of DFW's Premiere Moving Services. We are perfectly A+ Rated with the Better Business Bureau, and we guarantee a smooth, and worry-free move for all of our customers. Project: Find Moving Services - Long Distance (Out of State)
We were recommended by my coworkers to AAA Moving & Storage. We called and discussed details about the move with Jason Watts. We made an appointment for an estimator to come over and confirm volume/cost, services, etc. the estimator that came out was Mike Brooks. He was prompt, had great suggestions and demo on packing services performed, and he made us feel comfy and confident in their service. We hired AAA and the plans were set. We ended up rescheduling our move out plans a couple times and AAA was just completely understanding an accommodating. When we moved, it all went off without a hitch. No surprises and just as expected in cost and service. AAA dispatch communicated well with us regarding delivery of our shipment. After taking a couple weeks to get fully unpacked, it looks like everything made it, and most importantly it all made it with no damages. AAA had the best price, the clearest explanation of cost and services, the best movers to be around, and fast delivery. We were very very pleased with AAA, my wife and I were. We have already referred them to a couple other co workers doing the same relocation and they told me they were all set up with them. These guys are great. You will not regret using AAA Moving & Storage. We appreciate the excellent job done. Thanks again!

They couldn t speak English clearly but they tried to crook me into signing before I could read the document they talked bad about me to any of my passing neighbors because we had issues they stopped working to help my neighbors unload their water but told me they couldn t begin til I signed a blank document and they were on the clock they wrapped items broke things and took things apart and refused to reassemble them claiming they don t do delicate items but you broke the dress down when I called to inquire about my stuff the guy in dispatch and who set my move up Jason I believe has bipolar tendencies he texted me multiple times to cyber bully me by calling me a racist told me I needed psychiatric help just because I complained they changed the price right before my eyes hijacked my items horrible
Response by AAA Moving and Storage: The details herein and the contents of this review are just completely and utterly false. This lady the nicest, sweetest person leading up to the move. Please/thank you, have a great day, etc. On moving day you called to complain that the men spoke Spanish and you wanted an English only speaking person to assist you, however, they movers on our staff are all bilingual. You cried over the phone with sales rep Jason about what's going on in your life, why you were on medication, and why you were moving, how everyone you know has abandoned you, and that the pressure was at a boiling point, and this was not our fault. You said this all verbatim. He (Jason) lent a soothing and compassionate ear while you vented, and he turned the conversation around in a positive light. You thanked him and we continued the move. At the time of processing your card, the bank would not authorize the charge due to insufficient funds, and possibly from embarrassment, you blew up on the young lady from our staff that called to bring this to your attention. You texted Jason every single day saying if your items didn't arrive the next day you would be filing fraud charges and reporting your story to the news. We have you on recording making racial slurs about our staff on our recorded line, badgering Mexican people, and threatening to "blow up our building". Then you complained that the movers were moving too slow, then you complained they were moving too fast and you wanted them to slow down. You cursed out the manager, the dispatcher, and the sales rep. We kept our cool and level heads prevailed. You complained about the fact that the cost increased as you kept adding more items not initially counted for (the rates are based on the volume being moved as a whole). We met the delivery as promised and even then, the delivery driver was a victim to your cursing and verbal assaults. There was no hijacking, there was no issue from AAA. We were more than happy to have completed your move and closed the book on it. We were totally accommodating the agreement to perform the moving services. We met 100% of our commitment to this move, as with almost any move we perform. We have moved over 10000 families in our 10 years, and this customer will certainly be the one remembered for many years to come. Some people really are impossible to please and that's just the business. We wish you all the very best and thank you for your business. Good luck.

Excellent service came on time for pickup, they packed and wrapped all my stuff in a professional way, the crew was very polite and they explained to me all the details from A-Z as requested my delivery was very fast and I received my belongings in 7 days. NO. 1 moving company.

Relocated my mother to Washington to live near her sisters. The estimator helped me understand volume cost, and we widled down to the minimum moving special they were having for $999 Service was great, the delivery was fast, price beat most other movers, and the customer service was just top notch.

I told Jason that I had two stops - to our new place and to a storage unit. I asked the foreman on the day of the move if he wanted me to let him know which stuff was going where. He said no. So when it got to Atlanta, I had to stuff everything into our small apartment and hire new movers to take the stuff we wanted to store to the storage unit. Then Jason blamed me. The owner said the day of that she would give me some compensation and then pretended she didn't know what I was talking about when I asked about it later. Lots of things were broken, we were missing a couple of items (an iron outdoor chair was completely destroyed), and we ended up with someone else's TV. No compensation for any of this. And I asked up front if they hire movers from outside their company, and Jason said no. That was a lie. The guy who actually moved us said AAA was pretty terrible and I should have done more research. He was right.
Response by AAA Moving and Storage: We certainly appreciate your business first and foremost. All employees of AAA are actual employees of the company, we do NOT outsource at all. After reviewing the details of your booking phone call, your sales rep specified clearly and a couple times over, that you as the customer, would need to itemize the contents going to delivery location B with something as easy as colored post it notes. This was found to not have been completed by you as requested, and so the contents of the shipment were mixed together for delivery to one single location. After reviewing your call with that sales rep on the day of delivery, you stated verbatim "I didn't think it was my responsibility to point out that there were two stops and what needed to be separated should have been figured out by your staff"... unfortunately that is not the fact of the matter. Fact of the matter is your move, of your contents, had special requests, and we specified what you needed to do to properly ensure these items were appropriately separated, however you did not do that. Please remember folks, if you have special requests regarding your moving experience and the needs of your moving services, it is a teamwork effort to make certain the needs are accommodated correctly. Remember, you still had the best moving price possible compared to other companies, the delivery was super fast as promised, and if only one chair was damaged, then that is a successful move my most accounts. Packing and loading crew were good. Delivered to new house in Mississippi within a week, so good there. Delivery crew was very good except they left all the packing material and mess in my garage instead of taking it with them. Would only accept credit/debit card for delivery if I paid a surcharge. Upon verifying we had everything, we noticed we are missing all silverware, utensils and glasses(2 drawers and one cabinet in old kitchen). Assuming the boxes were lost. Also, my hand truck was missing. Contacted customer service with no response back and no way to file a claim for missing stuff. Charged less than other movers. Just wish I had all my stuff.

Remember the details of payment were gone over with you, as well as in writing that the delivery balance was supposed to only be COD. We made the exception to allow for the charge card payment against our terms, but the processing fee was 3%, which was also printed in all of the paperwork. Also if any boxes were missing or damaged, we welcome you to file the claim of the coverage you have in place, that's what it is there for. We will certainly rectify the matter. The hand truck dolly could have easily been confused for ours, during your move in with the on the road crew. We will certainly check with them in that regards and find out, and get your dolly to you right away. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance. We wish you the best in your new place.
