Please do not use this company. They changed the date of our move, showed up late on the move date. They did finish the move the same day and promised to come back the next to finish moving the rest of the stuff and reassemble our furniture. The next day, we did not hear from. When we called, they did not answer. They charged our credit the full amount and even went over the contract price. We have not been able to get in touch with them. I have left messages and emails. I believe the owner Jason has blocked me. We have to hire another company now. It is not worth the headache or price.

AAA moving services were overall unsatisfactory!! They were late on delivery and when the shipment did arrive there were MANY broken items and numerous items were missing. Many attempts were made to contact Jason Watts, the AAA Moving coordinator by Email and phone with zero results. He never responded to any attempts to contact him. To say I was dissatisfied with the service provided by AAA Moving and Storage and their coordinator would be an understatement!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

Iâ ve made two moves with them this year and both moves have gone well. Jason was easy to work with and the movers arrived when they said they would and delivery was made on time. Communications with everyone was great. Would definitely use them on any future moves.

for the pick up the movers were quick and efficient. pleasant and helpful. the delivery came quicker than quoted but there was a discrepancy on the balance. i contacted my rep for AAA moving and he was quick to sort it out. Only negative comment would be the deliver driver was disrespectful and very difficult to work with. extremely unpleasant. other than that the service was great.

If you value your belongings, pay a little more and go with a highly rated company. I was given a quote for three men and a 26 ft truck for 7/20/21. On 7/20 I received a call to reschedule me for the 21st. I reluctantly agreed as I felt I had no choice. They showed up late that day and with only two men, not the three I had booked. After finally reaching the company, I was offered a small discount. The move was to be based on hours spent, so it was unclear what the total would be. I was given a blank contract to sign, which I refused to do. I was told I would have to sign it before they left but I said that I would only sign it if it was filled out. They never asked me to sign it again. Since there were only two men, they were moving large pieces of furniture separately. Also, it took them longer so my one day move was changed to a two day move. They arrived at my new home the following day and since it was already furnished, most of the furniture and boxes could be placed in a guest house and a shop. Only a few pieces of furniture were brought inside my home. I immediately discovered damage to one of those pieces and was told that their insurance carrier would be contacting me. I m still waiting six weeks later. When I went into the guest house, I was horrified to see that they had stacked my wood furniture in one huge pile. There was nothing placed between the pieces to protect them. I couldn t even reach the top without a ladder. Later, a family member came to help me separate each piece. Literally, every piece is damaged. I am beyond angry. This is high quality furniture that I have taken care of dumped in a pile. I believed that this company would be a reputable one due to their connection to Home Advisor/ Angi s List. That has not been the case.

"We have already been working with the customer in private to resolve the claimed issues at hand. Since the complaint is now made public, we will respond publicly as well. The job was performed exactly to the specifications hired for. The customer specified for our team to stack and load the contents in a temporary storage area, which only allowed for us to tightly squeeze the contents inside and in a stacked fashion since that was the only space we could put the contents at the time. The damages noted can not be confirmed they were in fact caused by our service. We have already made an attempt at resolution however the customer has declined our offer which is based on the coverages allotted for the services provided (no added insurance coverage was purchased by the customer as recommended prior to performing the service). We regretfully accept their rating and wish them the very best moving forward. The customer has the direct contact info of the general manager if they would like to discuss further details, and the general manager has made attempts to resolve the issue with the customer to no avail."

We would like to commend AAA Moving & Storage on doing a fantastic job with our move. We had a great first meeting to go over details and pricing. We hired them immediately. The move out day went great, no issues and no complaints. We needed some extended storage and AAA was easy to reach and make the plan for storage until our new home was ready to receive delivery. On delivery day, the same expectation was met. Great service, no surprises, friendly staff, no damages. From the first call with the estimating rep Jason, I felt comfortable. We discussed packing needs, and important other details on how my move needed to be orchestrated. The crew arrived and did exactly what was promised. I've moved several times over the years and am not easily impressed, These guys impressed me. Very good wrapping and packing was provided, very cautious handling of my furniture was accommodated, and no surprises in the cost department either. A similar experience on delivery. The team called me when the truck was heading to California, the driver called the day before to schedule a delivery time, they showed up on time, and brought everything it and set it all up. No damages, no problems, no issues at all. What a fantastic move. I would most definitely recommend AAA Moving & Storage to be your movers from my experience with them 100%

The owner of this business Sofia will not make her mistakes right. Sofia please learn to do the right thing in your business if you make a mistake. I was not asking for you to not charge me for your services I was just asking you to offer a discount for your mistake. I will never recommend your services to anyone I come across. You just had one thing to do. Make it right. I reserved 3 men and 1 26ft truck to start between 8a-10a. They showed up with 2 men and a 20ft truck that they had rented from Uhaul at 10:30a. I spoke with Sofia and she offered to drop the price from $120 to $100 (her normal rate for 2 men and a 26ft truck) problem is that we still only had a 20ft truck. I had to go rent another Uhaul myself for $120 and had my sons friends come pick the slack from the missing person. Instead of taking the 8 hours it took 11 1/2 hours. I called her up to explain that this was not right to do to a customer she said that she did not care and that they got the job done and that is all that matters. I explained to her that instead of $120 for 8 hours $960 it was $1150. A $200 difference. I told her that I run a business and sometimes I make a mistake and I need to make it right and she should do the same. She stated that she did not care and told me goodbye then hung up. Sofia please learn to do the right thing in your business if you make a mistake. I was not asking for you to not charge me for your services I was just asking you to offer a discount for your mistake. I will never recommend your services to anyone I come across. You just had one thing to do. Make it right. Be better

"This was a local in-town move - A basic issue in America right now - workers didn't show up to work. The rate was indeed fairly discounted because the job was a man short, but the customer wanted a steeper discount. A piece of another load wasn't able to be fully removed from the truck that morning (to make sure we made it to the start as agreed), and the job had 1/4 of a truck un-available. We still completed the work until the customer said that was it. End of story. This person has unreasonably spammed us over this complaint on literally every review site. A happy customer will rarely write a review, and as we see here, an unhappy customer will go to extreme lengths. We appreciate your business nonetheless, regret you felt the need to post over 15 different negative reviews against us, and we still wish you all the best."

Our move went fantastic. I accepted a new position relocating to Florida. We had almost no time to prep and pack ourselves. AAA came in and did all the packing for us, and had all of our things wrapped up and loaded in a day. The delivery was fast too. We were moved out on a Friday and received our shipment the following Wednesday. No damages, no complaints, and the best price by far compared to all the other movers who were quoting bids. Thank you thank you thank you. I will definitely recommend AAA if needing dependable movers and a great price.

I hired this company IN November 2020 to do a cross-country move. I did see positive ratings for them on the Home Advisor Site so I called for a quote. This was a long-distance move but during the Pandemic I was trying to support **local** companies though I did get a quote from a nation wide chain as well. It was a three-person crew that arrives to load up my boxes and furniture. They did a good job though I did have to clean up after them as there were packing materials and used tape rolls left in rooms and in the front entry and garage. The delivery was absolutely horrible. A single person arrived in the cross country truck. There were no others to help unload though the driver did **call ahead** to get another person to meet him to help. For the first 45 minutes, however, he was alone attempting to unload this packed cross country moving van. The driver did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate issues and directions but I did my best in as socially distanced a manner as I could (and the driver did not wear a protective mask) My cousin and I attempted to assist after the first item he pulled from the truck fell out of his hands and smashed on the pavement. The second item was a Rubbermaid rough neck... clamped tote which he caught on the edge of the door opening of the truck and it ripped one of the four clamps off and the tote crashed to the ground. Several boxes which were marked **this side up** and do not lay flat were not properly moved. One person finally arrived to assist the driver in unloading The Washer/Dryer combo, even though wrapped with padding, had enamel knicked off them (these were only 6 months old). The two movers when bringing in a solid cherry chest on chest unit, tilted it improperly and two of the drawers came out of the unit and hit the floor. One was scratched significantly and the other had the drawer runner on one side broken completely. Other pieces of furniture ended up having multiple dings and the leather sofa and chair many scratches in the cushions which were not there prior to the move. All in all, this was not what I hired professional movers to do. I definitely didn not get the expected **professional** service. Unfortunately when pricing repairs to furniture and such it did not quite meet the insurance deductible, so I never filed the paperwork for that even though I did do the research. I did call the company to detail the results but after the first call to them, I never heard back. I am very disappointed in the overall experience.

"FALSE or EMBELLISHED REVIEW - We received photos from the job site and there were no damages to note. The customer signed our forms saying all items received in good condition. We think the customer found a scuff or scratch on something later and flipped out way over the top unnecessarily. To date, there have been ZERO calls, ZERO emails, ZERO messages in regards to this customer having any claims for damage. We are happy to assist, though the statements in this review are not the actuality of the scenario. Covid has made many people quick to leave over-the-top false reviews to try and receive money in return since moving is expensive, to begin with. What a shame. False reviews like this put family-owned businesses out of operation and leave only large faceless chain companies as the only options to consider. So much for making America great again."

AAA was a Godsend! I initially went with a different moving company(TMG) and needed my furniture moved cross-country. I've been apprehensive of movers because I've heard all the horror stories of how movers would charge extra or hold your furniture hostage for more money. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a bait and switch. Not only did I send a spreadsheet with dimensions and pictures of each item, but I also sent a link to my place so there would be no surprises. TMG was supposed to come to pick up my furniture on a Wednesday, then switched to Thursday, and finally arrived Friday. As soon as the manager came, he almost tripled the original quote. In a panic, I called Jason at AAA Moving & Storage to see if he would help me with the move. I sent him the spreadsheet of my furniture and the link to my place. He was very empathetic to my situation. Within the call, he gave me a quote and the earliest pick-up date. Not only was his quote lower, but he also spent the time to explain the process and assured me that I would not go through another nightmare with his company. They arrived at my place and not a minute late. Simon and his team were fast, efficient, and wrapped my furniture in no time. It was the best wrapping I have ever seen and I moved several(11+) times in my life. If you need a moving company in Texas, you definitely want to use AAA!!!!
