I HAD MICHAEL REPAIR MY OVEN DOOR GLASS. HE WAS SO NICE TO OFFER TO BUY THE GLASS ON EBAY TO SAVE ABOUT $60.00 INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR THE PART FROM THE ONLINE PARTS STORE. THE EBAY GLASS WAS TOO SHORT SO HE HAD TO PUT IN THE ONE FROM THE PARTS STORE. IT WAS THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS EVEN THOUGH THE EBAY GLASS DID NOT WORK. I REALLY APPRECIATED MICHAEL TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY. NOT MANY PEOPLE DO THAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND AAA ONE STOP APPLIANCE SERVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING HELP.

Mike did an excellent job fixing our dryer. He was professional and answered all my husband's questions. The one con I have is that he was late about two hours the first day he came to access the problem. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back and actually repair the dryer. He did not show up at the appointment time. We call him and he said he thought we had cancelled which was not the case. He came over quickly and repaired the dryer after our call.

Very professional. Repairman was on time, asked what the problem was, and repaired the dishwasher quickly. Showed me it was working properly and asked if there was anything else. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend AAA to anyone.

This was for washer repair at a rental property. I did not meet the technician myself but asked my tenant to rate the following questions, and she gave five stars to each of them: (1) Was it easy to make an appointment? (2) Did the technician show up within the timeframe he said he would each time? (3) Did he do a neat job; e.g., did he clean up the area after he was finished? (4) Did he offer any helpful appliance care suggestions? (5) How satisfied were you with the experience as a whole? (6) Would you recommend this company to others?

Mike had the opportunity to rip me off big time but he didn't! My dishwasher was not draining. The first thing he did was pop open the overflow thing that sits on the back of my sink. It was full of junk. He could have just as easily have done lots of stuff that would have cost me big time. I would never have known the difference. I really appreciate his honesty & that he knew what was wrong right away. Thank you Mike. Five stars all the way!

Mike was very pleasant. He replaced the condenser of my refrigerator and replaced a copper line that was half way corroded. We were very happy with his work. He checked back with us the next day to make sure our refrigerator is working properly. That was very nice touch...good customer service.

Problem reoccurred, causing the appliance to stop working again. My repeated calls for assistance have not been returned. Although receipt says "work guaranteed" for 30 days, I can't wait any longer and have hired someone else. Hopefully, they will be more reliable.
