Hired Greg to do several things around the house, most importantly was repairs to my roof before it rained. He came promptly and sent Chris to get it done before the rain came and he did and was very professional. What s disappointing is he kept putting us off when it came to the rest of the inside repairs. Excuse after excuse. He finally sent someone to come repair and repaint the ceiling from the roof damage but we could never get him to come repair the other things on our list. It was very frustrating to keep having to reschedule and cancel other handymen we were looking to hire to get it finished. Today was the last straw. After promising to come today, he cancelled once again. Never again will we use him and wont be recommending him to anyone.

"I came to this customers home when my schedule was full. It was going to rain and there was a large hole in their roof. Even though I had other work lined up in front of her, I had one of my guys work until after dark to finish the project. She then asked me to look at some work inside the house. There wasn't much to it, so I had one of my guys work all day Saturday and all we had left was to hang a ceiling fan. When I told her we didn't work on Sundays, she told me she would find someone else to complete the job. When I texted and asked for the money for the repairs, she ignored me. As you can see from my other reviews we do excellent work. Every once in a while you run into a customer like this, hopefully not very often."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Was a small job to repair a skylight. Several roofing companies had taken a look but when they saw that the repair didn't require replacing the roof I never saw them a gain. AAA showed up, gave me a firm quote and made the repair in a few days without any follow-up required from me. Thanks!

Adam was very prompt, and very enthusiastic about completing the work. He reviewed the project and gave me a firm pricing quote on the spot. He started the two projects late in the afternoon, and after running into an unexpected wrinkle, stayed until almost after dusk to complete the work. He is very personable, and friendly.

Adam completed the work on a variety of small projects: resealed a granite countertop, repaired/replaced caulk/grout in the bathroom, planed doors to prevent sticking, replaced damaged wood on a door frame. He was prompt, efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had AAA remove a kitchen cabinet, a gas cook top, and an in wall oven and cut out the kitchen counter top to make room for a new Stove. They also built a shelf where the in wall oven was located. Adam was very responsive and worked within our daughter's schedule. Even though we are in North Carolina, working with Adam was very easy. We will call them again when we need more work performed.

Plaster Repair
They removed the wallpaper, repaired the walls, repaired the holes in the plaster, repaired the ceiling, removed the popcorn ceiling, painted the fireplace. They did an amazing job, the work was excellent. I would definitely use them again. The walls look 1000% better. The entire room!

I was contacted by AAA regarding wood repair around my doors. Everything started out fine. I made the appointment, got an estimate, they came and removed my storm doors. They said I needed new storm doors because the current doors were damaged. I ordered doors from another company. I asked AAA when will they be back to fix the rotten wood. They said, ?they will find some time and let me know.? That was on September 29 and I haven?t heard from them since then.

Drywall - Repair
Needed to wipe down area near where sanding took place better but otherwise post-job cleanup was pretty good. Foreign language was a bit difficult They were here right on time and finished the job much faster than I expected. I would hire them again.
