They didnt even bring a ladder to put a trap up in the attic. They placed it next to an open hole. Havent heard a word from them. No interest in the cage. Still waiting for the wires to be chewed and set fire to the house. They didnt seem to know what they were doing or care. A total waste of money.

This man is correct we didn't bring a ladder as squirrels and other small land roaming animals are normally captured at the ground level. He insisted we put the trap in his attic and provided a ladder that got us to the attic. The problem that would happen if the animal were caught in the trap in the attic would be that the trap could not be monitored by visual inspection by the homeowner which I explained to him. He was also confined to a wheelchair and impossible for him to check it. Ladders are typically carried when a repair is made so my company subcontracts the repairs so we do not carry ladders. We explained this to him.

We hired them to remove a groundhog in our back yard. They showed up on scheduled time and set up the cage, spent quality time educating us. The groundhog was caught in two days. We called them and it was removed the same day. Excellent job!

It still remains to be seen if all of our mice have been taken care of, but AAA Pest control was professional and thourough. We were pleased with the level of the expertise shown and the understanding of the problem. I feel confident they have taken care of our issue.

I am new to the St. Louis area and so I had no idea who to call when we found ourselves with a flea problem. I contacted Home Advisors and Armand called me back very quickly. Armand arrived within the time he said he would, and gave me a call when he was on his way. He took a lot of his time to inform me about the cycles of fleas, the product he was using and precautions to take. I appreciated all the information and he was very friendly. He also was kind enough to give me a discount when I told him I had been out of work. I will hire him for any other pest control issues I have in the future. He has a customer for life. However, I hope to not have the need to call very often......with his business being pest control. Thank you very much Armand!

It also let's people know that AAA has empathy for those people out of work. You don't have to take out a loan to afford pest control. Even though pest control is the last thing on our minds to do but to see or feel the bite of an insect or spider, people will need an understanding and knowledgeable pest control person to meet their needs.
