My elderly mother needed her walkway cleared to get to her every other day dialysis. I had my own appointment so I couldn't be there. I saw on my door cam alert when they were there, but was supposed to be getting an infusion but was on the phone with insurance 3 hours and couldn't pay attention When I got back, the walkway was clear and the rock solid masonry border was destroyed!! They KNOW they did it. They didn't knock on the door. They didn't call or text like they did when arranging the job. They piled the bricks in the top of the snow mound they created by clearing the snow. that wall of snow did not exist when I left about an hour before they showed up. When my mother called, she realized after that she called the snowblower a snow plow & saw that as a way to take advantage. I have video and they can't just own up to it. Sad. I tried to call, it goes to a full voicemail. I'm carefully documenting everything because it's becoming clear that I will see them in court.

Alex is the best of the best. Not only is his pricing excellent but heâ s consistent with communication, appearances weekly and unbelievably friendly. I HIGHLY recommend his company. Thereâ s not enough positive things to say about him. Iâ m very fortunate to have made the decision of hiring him to open and close my pool with all the maintenance.
