I was paying by the hour and the two guys doing the job kept taking breaks and talking on their phones. It cost way more than I have paid for similar jobs and took way longer. They had to come back because something wasn't done right the first time and had to be re done. They wanted to charge me for having to come back when it was due to their mistake.
