grout is coming off when wiped even after he had me pay one hundred dollars extra for a better sealer. grout dried in three different colors and is all over the bricks that cover the walls. called Arturo and he said he would come back but he never showed and now wont answer his phones. never gave me a receipt and didn't have business cards. said he was sorry the job took so long but he wasn't a professional - really!!!!!

Arturo did a terrific job on repairing our tiles and grout. He also cleaning our title floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. He made our floors look new again. He provided outstanding service and quality of work. Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future.
