We began using AAA's housekeeping service for our short term rental last week and they have completed 5 back-to-back cleans for us seamlessly so far. Their customer service is the best I have seen with cleaning companies in 10 yrs, and their work thus far has been impeccable. We look forward to using them for years to come!

I hired AAA for painting, new flooring installation, and wall tile (bath enclosure and kitchen backsplash.) The quality of the work was good, although the painting job needed a lot of follow-up and correction. Their service was satisfactory, but often required too much communication and follow-up on my part. In the end, the project came out really good and they adequately addressed my concerns.

There was a miscommunication between what I wanted to get done and what the company was offering; I wanted to get my home deep cleaned, and based on the size they said it would take 4 hours. After 4 hours they said they were done but did not clean the downstairs. The company, AAA Property Services said I would need to pay more and have them come back later to get the rest of the house done.

Oscar had a quote for me within 24 hours of my homeadvisor search. They were able to start the project on my schedule. John, Stuart, and other workers that came to our house were respectful, clean, and polite. The project took a little longer than quoted, but I have never had a home remodel that didn't go a little over the timeline. They completely transformed our master bath into a beautiful walk-in shower, new wall and floor tile, new vanity top, and lighting. I showed them a picture of my vision, and the guys from AAA totally nailed it! I will use their services for future projects.

The couple times they showed up, the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. The manager quit and I was never notified. Once I found out why they weren't responding , I was put in contact with the new manager. I scheduled several cleanings and no one ever showed up. The manager was apologetic and I kept giving them more chances to no avail. Finally found the time to find a new service. Hope they are good!

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
The concrete pad they poured was ok but they wouldn?t put the hot tub on to the pad as promised. I had to beg them to do it because we were replacing the deck and it was holding up our project. They kept telling me they would come out and do it but said they were busy and I?d have to ask again and again. Finally, when they did show up, I wasn?t there. When they put the hot tub on the new pad, they must have just shoved it onto the pad because there was damage to the exterior and it has leaked ever since. Leaks on the bottom of the hot tub are hard to find and detect. Now we have guests complaining and it has been a nightmare! It is almost criminal. I would never use them and what they did was malicious and vindictive. Not finishing a job after they have been paid saying they are too busy is lame. A job should be finished and not left hanging. Getting mad at a customer for bothering them when they are busy when they haven?t finished a job and have been paid is the reason so many contractors get a bad reputation. I am extremely unhappy with the service and the negligent manner in which they completed the job and caused extensive damage to my hot tub when they shoved it over the deck and slammed it onto the new pad. It is unconscionable to have to beg someone to do something they agreed to do and then have them retaliate like a child because they were bothered by my pleas to do what they said they were supposed to do. It has absolutely been a nightmare and I would never in a million years call them back to do anything and nor should you!

"Hello Daniel! We regret your feelings about the service we provided to you. However, there are a few things that we need to clarify. This job was done several months ago, we never heard back about the service after we moved the hot tub. Of course we never express negative feelings during any calls and nobody in this company was upset because of that, we are here to provide a service to you, so we don't know who do you talked to that would have been angry. Second, before we start the job, your Hot tub was half empty and we told you that it could be leaking. We provided that knowledge to you so you would know of a leak. Third, we did this job on cold months so it takes up to 2 weeks to get completely dry (concrete needed to be set). Also the hot tub was off when we came to do the job, it could of froze at that time causing cracked pipes. We could not can't move the hot tub back until the concrete was ready. Lastly, the job was done several months ago and this is the first time we heard anything from you. We really appreciated your business and we would be appreciated to you if you really called before you put this review."

One of the representatives came to my home to provide an estimate, and we decided to hire them to clean for us. Communication with their team was difficult, and via email, they confirmed the day/date they would be cleaning our home. I followed up to confirm what time they would be there (we had guests checking in that day) and received no response. The day of the scheduled cleaning, no one showed up. I finally reached someone by phone, and she had no record of us being scheduled that day. The person that originally confirmed us for that day finally called me back two hours later, but by that point, we'd cleaned more than half the house ourselves. I'm glad we were there to take care of things, otherwise, our guests would've shown up to a dirty house. Poor communication, unreliable and a frustrating experience overall.

The work was done well (as one would expect since the hourly rate was $70/hour with two girls cleaning). Communication was difficult but everyone was very nice and helpful and most of the work was completed.

The girls that came to clean were very nice and started right away. We met them at our condo and then had to leave, so we didn't get to stay to see them cleaning (which I would normally like to do the first time). That is the only reason I didn't rate anything 5 stars. When we got back they had done everything we asked and our condo looked very nice.
