Mr. Kim arrived early, which was fine, he explained what needed to be done and asked if the price he quoted was ok. I gave him the ok and work was done in an hour. I would recommend this pro for all your AC/HVAC needs.

After the appointment was made, I received a call from Mr. Kenny Kim to verify the appointment date and time. Mr. Kim was about 15 minutes early on the day of the appointment, which was fine by me. Throughout the process of servicing our A/C he kept us updated with what he was doing. Mr. Kim was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend AAA Renovation, Inc to others.

The work done was air pressure cleaning, rework wiring and diagnose the motor/blower. Was charged $280.00. The motor/blower diagnostic created problems on the blower that did not existed before and was not repaired. I will need to hire another company to fix the problems created. I do not recommend them.

They were extremely prompt and fixed my issue pretty quickly, I just thought it was a little expensive for what the issue turned out to be for an appointment scheduled during regular business hours.

I got home after work on Friday to find out that my ac was not working right before what was supposed to be the hottest weekend of the season. I was not very optimistic that I would be able to find anybody to even come and look at the unit. To my great surprise as soon as I submitted my request through Home Advisor, Mr. Kim from AAA Renovation called me and we scheduled a visit the next day in the morning. Mr. Kim arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable and professional and in an hour my unit was fixed. The cost of the repair was also quite reasonable. I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend their services.
