I hired AAA through thumbtack worst mistake ever. Jose of AAA wanted 1/3 up front 1/3 when arrived at job and the rest at completion of job . I didnâ t feel comfortable with that so we agreed half up front and rest at end of job. Jose ( AAA) came to home Tuesday April 23rd 2024 . After working on my home for some hours I get a phone call from Jose of AAA informing me that my town had come to my home and told AAA to stop working because AAA never obtain a permit also that AAA could not work on my home because they (AAA) also doesnâ t have a license to work in my county. Now I am panicking I immediately call my bank because now I feel like Iâ m being scammed. Anyway my bank informed me that the check had already cleared. So now Iâ m stuck So as Iâ m rushing home Jose AAA informs that I could go to my town and tell my town that I am going to do the roof myself ( Fraud ). So now Iâ m asking for a refund and willing to pay for materials AAA brought to my home and Jose is refusing. And now Jose is telling me he has to work with another company that has all the proper paperwork. When I first hired Jose my roof had no leafs it was a 18 year old roof . While waiting for a permit my son noticed a brown stain above his bed. I notified AAA immediately and Jose had informed me he would take care of it. Which he came back and supposedly had covered the roof with tarp. But when it rained I had 4 leaks which were bad . I immediately texted Jose to inform. He said he (Jose AAA) would take care of any damages. Now I had already opened a case against AAA with Thumbtack and there is now immediately contact so you have to wait for thumbtack to respond. So here I am at the mercy of this bad situation because AAA already has a large sum of my money. Finally the get the permit and show up May 7th 2024 . Remember job was supposed to start May 23rd. AAA shows up with several workers and I show all the spots and the water damage. Jose says ok his guys will fix it. As AAA is working on roof my wife works from home so we decided to leave the house. As we are leaving I decide to do a quick observation of the house. As I walk in my sonâ s room to see the water damage area I now have a skylight where I could see daylight. One of the workers stepped straight through the ceiling. So I immediately go outside and asked one of the workers to come inside to see the damage. Jose returns back and says these things happen but he will repair. We leave and I get a message if I could retract the dispute with thumbtack. So since AAA is doing the work and agreed to fix the damages . I did with the statement that Jose of AAA has agreed to fix the damages . I would like to know how you can claim to be a professional get paid but cause half the payment in damages. I will be uploading the fix it will be hard to follow because pictures are out of order and also I canâ t show this but I have a bad Odor from water damage caused by AAA . First 3 pictures are fix of leaks caused by AAA. Not trying to condemn Jose business just trying to share my experience

Jose and his company did a great job with repair of our roof and siding. He is professional, efficient, and polite, and the charges are quite reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future if we have other projects for our house.

Jose and his team were excellent. Clean, professional, courteous, and williing to work with us with changes. They did an outstanding job painting our entire house, light bathroom reno - all 3 of them, and most of all, painting our kitchen cabinets! They worked very fast, efficiently and with great care and quality. I will hire them over and over again!

I canâ t say enough great things about Jose. Him and his team are professional, courteous, have great communication, and are knowledgeable about so much. They built our custom breakfast nook as well as fixed our roof and various other jobs around house. They can pretty much fix, repair, build anything. I 100% recommend them.

Great workers...all very nice and accommodating. I changed my mind a few times...but they never made me feel like I was messing them up. They were there when they said they would be. They did the work they said they would do. And they charged the amount that they said they would. Nothing more you could ask for!
