A.A.A. Security Fence

"Loren first approached me in the middle of the winter and wanted an estimate on fencing in the back yard of the home she was going to buy. WE met at the property and walked off the area in the snow where she thought the property lines might be and i informed her she would have to get a survey to locate the actual property lines and that i could include it in the cost of the job if she wanted me too. i gave her the cost with the survey included and she said she would call me in the spring. She then got in touch again in march and wanted me to meet her at the property and i did. She then asked me if there was any way we could lower the cost of the installation. She then decided to make the fence area smaller for her several chihuahuas. We then walked off an area and marked it with marker paint. The area she wanted was close to where the property line would be, and told her that she would still have to get a survey. I gave her the cost of the new area she wanted for her dogs only and she said she would call me when the people moved out of the house. She then called me back at the end of april and wanted me to come back out to make the fence area smaller because she still could not afford the cost. I met her again at the property and made the area of the fence smaller and remarked with marker paint the area we agreed on. The area was far enough away from the property line that a survey was not needed, that saved her another $400.00 dollars. She requested a bottom tension wire to make sure her little dogs would not push the bottom of the chain link fence out and escape. We installed the tension wire with the normal installation of the chain link fence. She paid me the amount we agreed on for completion, with a small amount, $200.00, to be paid at a later date, 1 to 2 weeks. Then she calls me and tells me that she talked to a fence man at mcdonalds and he told her that the tension wire goes on the outside of the fence,and she wanted to know what i was going to do about it. Well what she does not understand is that the tension wire goes on the outside of the post alright but it is between the posts and the chain link fabric. I tried to explain this to her but she kept saying i did not know what i was doing. She then texted me a web site that shows fence installations, and it even clearly shows the bottom tension wire on the outside of the posts and on the inside of the chain link fabric.
