In our 100-year old house, we’ve had many repairs done over the 40 years that we’ve lived here. That includes drain opening. But this job presented as among the worst ever, potentially, as the bathroom drain suddenly stopped completely with no warning. The company that we usually call for drains did not respond at all. So we went on Angie’s List which has helped us in the past with other, bigger repairs (upgrading to 100-amp service, and other electrical work). Angie’s list sent us a few options, and AAA responded immediately. They were in the neighborhood on another job, so they came over after finishing that one, in only an hour. The big difference was the work. Instead of just one guy, which was usually what we’d get for a drain, they sent two big strong guys who teamed up in handling a huge snake unit. There’s no way it could have been done solo. They were very careful with our old pipes, and were successful. We will definitely use them next time for sure .

My technician Roberto proved to be very knowledgeable . He diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained clearly the task on hand and walked us thru the entire repair process . He then suggested some tips on how to avoid another occurrence. Great Job Roberto !

In regard to AAA Sewer and Drain. We had a water/sewer backup in our house, which had apparently had happened over the course of several hours.It left a horrible mess in our finished basement. We did not know who to call, then I remembered the commercials I had seen regarding Home Advisor.We decided to try them. We received a call back within ten minutes and Rob and three workers who were part of his team arrived in less than a half hour and went directly to work. They worked hard all day and cleaned up what was a real mess. Rob and all of the workers were very polite, neat and answered any questions myself or my wife had. We both would give AAA a 5 out 5 positive rating.

Came quickly. Executed job and gave advice on how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. What more could you ask for.
