Emergency Service was outstanding.... This was the first time I used Home Advisor and I got immediate response! The technician (Robert) called me immediately to make appointment the very next morning and I explained what the problem was with my clogged kitchen drain (3-days) and he was fast and accurate and very polite and very clean and it was done in no time!.... I couldn't ask for better service. - Very Satisfied!!!

They did great work, however I think the price was entirely too much money. The bill came to over 600.00 to install a faucet and a knob on the shut-off valve. I was told that because I had a pedestal sink the cost was higher. I have had other faucets installed by other companies and it was no way this much money. As I said they did great work but the price was extreme.

"I'm sorry you feel that way. They told you the price before they started the job. You didn't have to pay anything for a free estimate. Also your shut off valves were were not functioning properly and you wanted that fixed as well. So yes the price does go up . In fact we gave you a free install on one out two shut off valves installed. Why would you think the price is Extreme? They also cleared your bathroom drain for free I've been informed"

They did an excellent job. Needed a new sink connected, all new pipes and valves under the sink, and water filter installation. They accommodated my timing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly.
