We should have had the sliding door rollers replaced when we bought the 13 year old house two years ago... The door slides better than any slider we have ever had (new or not). Door seems like it is floating on air. And so quiet now, no pulling and pushing with the sound of scraping and screeching metal. Highly recommend this company and also Thomas, the efficient, professional and knowledgable repair representative. I keep forgetting the terrible effort we used to use opening and closing the door, and now just have a huge smile when using the door. We had shopped for a new slider or french door for a replacement, and am NOW so happy we found AAA Sliding Door. Well worth the price, and no longer fighting the patio door.
