I have been working with Steve Romero for several years now. He has always been able to take care of all my sprinkler system needs. It is why I am his repeat customer.

Got right to work and had it fixed in less than an hour!!

They were 5 stars in everything except for telling me ahead of time the $100 minimum service charge. I only knew they would stop by to look at my questions about adding drip sprinklers. When they arrived they started adjusting existing sprinklers, and together we decided thatâ s all I needed. They also fixed something in one of the heads. So I was very happy overall except not knowing about the minimum service charge.

They were on time and did a nice job restoring the lawn to original appearance. Upgraded an old and archaic sprinkler and reduced one zone from 12 to 8 sprinklers improving coverage and efficiency.

I was very pleased with the customer service shown us by both Jeff and Tyson Davis. Tyson found a sprinkler pipe that had been damaged when we removed a tree stump; a problem we did not know we had. He also re-positioned other sprinkler heads that had been removed when our front walk was repaired. Tyson made sure we were not billed for more than his time and also gave us the senior citizen's discount. The job was more involved than we had anticipated but we were treated fairly and respectfully. Tyson is a fast and capable hard worker. THANK YOU TYSON!!

Responded promptly to my request. Arrived when they said they would. Replaced 8 sprinkler heads, added 3 risers, fixed broken drip line, went through system, adjusted sprinklers, showed us how to adjust--all in an hour! Such a pleasure to work with a company that does what it says it will do and knows its stuff--especially Tyson and Jamal!

Pricing was fair. They made money and I didn't get gouged. Win, win! And if after three weeks of my repaired/adjusted sprinkler system running there are still brown spots in my grass AAA Sprinkler stands behind their work and will come back to do any need adjusting at no cost to me. I highly recommend AAA Sprinkler Works. The owner, Jeff, provides an exceptional service maintaining and repairing lawn sprinkler systems. He has always responded very promptly to my phone calls, unlike several other companies that never responded at all. In June 2019, technician Jayde revamped a good portion of my sprinkler system that was not installed properly by another company. That included relocating several sprinkler heads, adding one or two new sprinkler locations, replacing several worn-out or leaking rotary heads, and adjusting all of the controller settings for the best watering results. In May 2020, Jayde replaced a failed backflow preventer, which also required some rework to the buried PVC pipe to accommodate the new unit. Jayde's experience, knowledge, logic, amazing efficiency and great disposition are always much appreciated by me.

Great service replaced two valves at my mothers had the job done in one hour and great price i will recommend them to anyone.

Service rep was prompt, very pleasant to work with and diagnosed/fixed valve problem very efficiently. Replaced a couple of sprinkler heads and checked them all. Also very informative regarding a future project next year. I will definitely consider hiring them again.
