Did not remove carpet in bedroom closet. Said they would when returned to install. I still haven't received estimate from chiefs carpets whose number they privided me with. Piled old carpet beside garage and had to call twice to have them pick up which they did in 3 small loads.

"sorry that Chiefs carpet could not give you an estimate for your new carpet. I had call them to come give you an estimate. I can't control what they do. you also told us to leave the carpet in your closet. If you wanted us to remove it I will be happy come out there today to remove it. AAA TILE MASTERS gave you excellent customer service. we came back to remove all the carpet and padding like we said we will. we kept our word. I will have another flooring company call you so I could make you a happy customer. I hope you can change your review about us because we care about our customers."

This company should be called AAA CARPET and Tilemasters. I had 5 green ink stains in a carpet , could not get them out with two pros. Best price for 700 SF of carpet that kinda matched was 2,750 jnstalled. David came out, and did patches with some closet carpet for $150!!! Literally can not tell where the patch is. He s that man.
