I had a few trees removed including a giant pine. They showed up exactly on time, were well equipped and staffed, and I can tell they are very experienced. The job happened exactly as planned and there were no surprises. Will call them again!

We have lived in Lilburn for 35+ years and though over the years have had a number of contractors work on our property. We had agreed on a fair price the day before and by the time the project was over we were convinced that we received far more than what we agreed upon. When was the last time that’s ever happened other than never? To wit: • We agreed the Full Power Tree team would be on property first thing. Their first team member arrived at 7.30 / smiling and ready to go • By 8 AM, Jame, Mauricio, Belter and Ludi were all belted up and tackling our fairly significant project • They did not stop working, they literally did not stop; all day. They smiled, they acknowledged me and my neighbor, they asked smart questions, and they only braked for lunch. (It was 90+ degrees) • And their work was exceptional / perfect is not an overstatement • All the while Full Power Tree Expert’s exceptional office support, Emily, was answering questions that I had on payment options and generally making sure all was well with her boys. She said, “Please do not hesitate to call me if you have a question, any question.” That’s what Donna and I call great service • The Full Power Tree Experts group is clearly a very experienced and cohesive team of hard working, knowledgeable, experienced and caring men / with Emily always tracking. When the last truck left (after 5 PM), we were not only delighted with their work, but our entire yard also seemed cleaner than when they started.
