Mr. Tribble came as promised on the same day as initial contact. He had been working out of town but he came anyway! He was very professional and friendly. My project was to repair an overhead light fixture in my kitchen which he completed promptly. I will call him if I need electrical services in the future!

Mr Tribbles came out right away and resolved our electrical issues. I call him at about 10AM and he said he would squeeze us in for the same day. It was about 6PM and I assumed he had forgot about us but he called and said he honor his word keep the appointment. He quickly solved our wiring issues and was very inexpensive. Charlie and Chuck, father and son, were knowledgeable, professional, mannerly and interested in doing a superb job. Iâ ve already scheduled them for additional work.

Professional service, ease in scheduling. To avoid pricing confusion, get a written quote. The verbal price was $25 less than Lowes, the actual price $50 more. Forty minutes after the appointment time, I called to discover arrival would be three hours later, because of the job ahead of mine. Although the job was discussed on phone and I purchased the recommended parts for the fan install on a 12 ft ceiling, they did not arrive with the correct ladder. This all would have been avoided with a detailed estimate. Never had a contractor call the day after the job was completed to request more money. I support small businesses, but, customer service needs improvement.

Was put in touch with Charles and he was able to get us worked in same day to install an outlet. Great work.
