AAA STOLED my money and has shut their doors. Several people have lost their down payments with this company. Legal action has been started. No response to the AG subpoenas. Stay away from AAA Windows and Siding out of Lincoln IL. Spread the word.

The crew (Andy, Decker, and John) worked very hard in cold weather and did a very professional job doing gutters and soffitt repairs. I am very pleased and will recommend these guys.

This company has no communication between each other or customers . Pricing wasn’t the same on paper work. My copy had one, theirs had another, salesperson told me one thing, company said another, I went thru so many people at that company to get it right, in the midst of my drama, they changed management . After explaining/faxing my copy of agreement w/pricing, new mgmt did discount my purchase . The headache to get it completed, not worth it to me. Finally had my sliding doors installed over a month later.

Customer Service from the Office was very good & helpful. Onsite workers were unorganized, never the same crew, timing was not right, never a full crew, & all around dissatisfied with onsite workers. They may have been sub-contractors.

The whole process was easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Customer service kept us informed and worked with our time constraints. The installation was neat, clean and the installers were courteous. I highly recommend them.

An exterior front door was replaced which had been poorly installed by another company. The issues with the door frame were defined and explained along with a detailed explanation of why the problem would not recur with the replacement door. The reps were all courteous and diligent in completing the job and the product is exactly what I wanted.

They are very easy to work with and they work long days so the work is quickly done.

I just had a sliding glass door and two octagon windows replaced. The sliding glass door was replaced by a window and then they filled in the area with beautiful brick front. Talk about professionals - I have never been so pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism shown by the entire crew. Shayne and Amber made sure that every little detail was perfect before leaving. I highly recommend AAA and their great contractors that pay close attention to all details.

Their installers were excellent and their work was above and beyond. I will have them do other window replacements. Workmanship was more than I expected.

The project was top notch. Salesman was very helpful in pointing out issues with the original siding. Removal of old siding went quickly and smoothly. Workmanship and materials were great. These guys know what they are doing. My home and garage look great with the new siding.

Quality of work was good and timely. I appreciated that the gutter crew showed up when they said they would. Often times this has not been the case with contracted works I have felt with. I did have problems making contact when I needed some contract clarifications. I wish the salesman had the ability to give a contract before work begins. The gutters are not cheap, but the old axiom applies, you get what you pay for.

I would highly recommend AAA Window and Siding.

Make certain the salesman can deliver what he sells. I contracted for 3x5 downspouts but the installers had either 4x6 or 3x4 downspouts. This delayed the installation by several hours until the contract and price could be redone.

Gutters look great. Consistently was ahead of schedule.
