The two man team who replaced my hot water heater (which is in a cramped space under my stairs!), were friendly and professional. They explained my archaic piping system and still completed the job on a timely basis. The technician who came out the next day, when I couldn't figure out why there waa no hot water (owner ignorance) was even more helpful and educational. The result of his knowledge is I can now start a new project for my outside plumbing! I highly recommend this company because of their knowledgeable crews. The prices are a little higher than most, but it was worth it to me. The guys even cleaned up after themselves!

I had a real serious leak. They came right out that day and repaired a leaking valve. Plumbing is one thing I would leave to the pros. Excellent job. I will bring them back if another job arises.

We had to call several times because they did not complete the job. The shower was still leaking and could not get someone back to do the job correctly. Regardless we have them re-caulk the toilet in the guest bathroom and that was done correctly. It is just a shame the shower in the master bathroom was not done as we asked for it to be taken care of a 2nd time and it was very hard to get someone to get back to our house to get it fixed. We would not call them again.

Absolute Construction is a very professional business all the way around. The main technician who worked on my job was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive to details. I had a large job done, several bathrooms simultaneously and the work was done efficiently and beautifully. I would definitely call Absolute again!

Unorganized, sent two plumbers to house since Rob didn't listen. Project was explained twice. Quoted an outrageous price and then tried to argue with me to justify the work. Stay away ladies this company is terrible

I needed a kitchen sink and faucet replacement .My plumber(Earl) who did the job was great in every aspect , work performed , personality, etc, and actually cared and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the completed job.

I was told I needed a new boiler. Marcus from AA Absolute said I didnâ t, just replace the expansion tank and purge the system. He did it and my boiler works fine. He was right and saved us a lot of money. Very happy and will use them again.

I hired this company for a furnace inspection for a house which I'm considering to buy. They messed up the appointment and showed up unannounced at the property and the owner let them in. First, they didn't give me a call when they showed up at the property. Far worse, they went ahead repairing the furnace without asking me permission to do so. I had made it very clear that I was hiring them only for an inspection.

"Vasil, When we are called out to a home for a service call/inspection, we work directly with the homeowner. In this case, we found issues with the furnace and the homeowner wanted to repair the problems. We would be doing a disservice to refuse to address a problem we found during an inspection because a potential buyer didn't want us to. We understand there may have been a miscommunication between you and our office but understand our position when we find an issue or potential problem with someones heating system in the middle of winter we CANNOT hide it from the homeowner because of negotiation leverage it may give a potential buyer."
