It was a pleasure working with AA Action Waterproofing. We had issues with water seeping through our floor after rain and had no idea where it was coming from or why. Then we saw mold! We needed new sump pump and drainage and 1 wall crack addressed. From the estimate to job completion AA Action Waterproofing was thorough at explaining our issue, the cause, and answered any questions we had. The team was punctual, clean, and did not remove anything other than what was needed (flooring, drywall, etc.). They also did a walk through with us and explained all the work done before they left! Since the work was done, it has rained, and our basement is dry! For the cost, it was great value for the quality of work. Highly recommended!

Of the 3 bids I received to deal with the water seeping through my cinder block basement walls, AA Action Waterproofing, Inc. provided the best price and materials to install a drain system with sump pump and buried the drain line and my downspout underground. I had so many questions, and they answered them all with such patience. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very responsive. The workers were very respectful and took good care of my home. Once the work was completed but the concrete was still wet, I asked the workers if they could move my washer and dryer and reconnect them, so I would not go weeks without laundry while I do additional work to that room. They accommodated me without hesitation. I am pleased with how my home was left and the service they provided. Best of all the work comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. I highly recommend this 5 star company.

I found myself in a tough spot when I was trying to sell my mother's home following her death. Mold and a musty smell were discovered in the basement and I was forced to take the house off the market until repairs were done. Due to the previous rainy months, I was unable to even schedule an inspection/estimate with other companies until the end of the following month. I live in another state and would have to travel to meet with the contractors/ engineers. AA Action Waterproofing was willing to work with me with scheduling and were able to fit in an inspection while I was in town. The inspector came earlier than scheduled on the agreed upon day. He offered an excellent solution, after telling me what was wrong. After we agreed to have the work done, I was given a start date much sooner than a competitor. The inspection was done on a Monday. I was called that Friday and told that the project could begin on the following Monday due to a postponed job. The work was completed efficiently and effectively and I was able to immediately put the house back on the market. AA Action Waterproofing saved me a lot of time and heartache by the quick response and high-quality work. After completion, the cost was exactly what the estimate quoted. I was thrilled and so was my realtor! I would definitely use AA Action Waterproofing again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Quick and easy. Barely any dust what so ever during the process. They came in, knew exactly what they were doing, and were able to get the job done on time, even with it raining heavy outside. Never once did they not have time to answer a question I had, and were very friendly and professional.

The crew arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They did excellent work. My only slight gripe is that they left the concrete dust from jackhammering a trench along the affected walls. This is bit of a mess to clean up. But I do understand that they would have to raise their prices to add this piece of clean up to the job.

The representative Ron was the selling point that sealed the deal. He was extremely informative and educated us regarding issues we hadn't considered. The work team we had came the day after we had experienced 6 inches of snow. They showed up on time and cleared a pathway to our home to start their work. We are extremely satisfied overall.

We used AAA to fix a leaking foundation and add a sump system to our basement. Everything was professional from the initial call to the walk through the workers gave me as they finished up to the follow up phone call. The only criticism that I have is the communication between the inspector/salesperson and the work crew. If you use AAA just make sure everybody is on the same page and don't assume the inspector briefed in detail the job to the work crew. The miscommunication was significant.

I would use them again. Work just finished so too soon to tell anything. Workers were exceptionally prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and well informed about their assignment. Office personnel were courteous, professional, and willing to adapt to changing situations. Given the amount of money spent, I was comfortable that I was in the hands of experienced professionals!
