Very wonderful experience, was very nice and very helpful with job asked to do. Would hire again for future jobs.

This was for Refrigerator repair. James came out and said I needed a new $310 circuit board and a $110 evaporator fan motor. He had the board on him but no motor, so I paid $410 for the part and labor that day I had not heard from him in 4 days so I called him, and he said the motor had come in and he would be out the next day to install it. He showed up three days late, but after installing the moter the freezer works but not the fridge, and I can't contact him (no answer on phone, voicemail box full).

It was not good at all, they will trick you into buying things you don't need. Really bad service and never keep an apointment . Lie and cheat you out of your money.You will be better buying it new then getting them to fix it!

James evaluated my dishwasher without even trying to run it. He said I needed new seals and charged me a total of $158.44 for two seals. Later, when I tried to run my dishwasher, it wouldn't work, and I couldn't get it touch with James. After two days of not receiving a call back from my messages, it occurred to me that this was a scam for my $100 deposit. I looked up the part online and found that it costs $16. I later did get in touch with his office, and they assured me they would credit my credit card for the $100. No explanation or apology.

Fast, friendly, and helpful. Arrived an hour late but not as bad as cable repairmen.

Technician did not explain anything, did not defrost refrigerator, overcharged me. I called another company in a few days later for a different appliance, who said they would have been hundreds less.

Very efficient service. Had part available to complete the repair in one trip. Highly recommend A&A. Would use your service again.

They came right out, but they didn't diagnose the problem correctly, even though I questioned their diagnosis. They had to order the part they thought I needed ($180 part) and when they came back and replaced it, I still had the same problem. They put my old part back in and said that the technician would be back to solve my problem. They haven't called back. I fixed the problem myself by doing a search on my dishwasher and common problems. I had to replace a $14 part. I ended spending $50 on a service call without the service.

Paid 180.00 -washing machine not fixed- can not get them to follow up with me about the part they were supposed to order! Additional comments provided by A & A Appliance Repair Washer is working fine i dont believe in changing a part that is not bad .

James called within minutes of my emailing service magic. He came to inspect the refrigerator 2 1/2 hours later on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Everything is great so far. He didn't have the part on the truck. OK Promised it would come and he would be back Tuesday or at the latest Wednesday. We didn't herar anything. I called him around noon Wednesday - he indicated that he would be ther around 5 PM. I called back at 8:30 PM- no answer left message. Called a dozen times on Thursday - no answer, no call back. The number on the stamped receipt and the magnet he left just gave a fax scream. Finally looked at the service magic email and found a different number. Someone answered and said someone was on the way. About an hour later Ashley came and fixed the refrigerator promptly and pleasantly. She reported that James had had a car accident. He was OK. Kept him in the hospital a couple of days due to his blood pressure. I noted that I had talked to him the day before and he had indicated he would be by at 5 PM. Something doesn't compute. Sorry, I smell a lie and I will not be using this service again. I will also alert my neighbors. We went six days without a refrigerator. Something tells me someone else can do better than that.

Responded to request and came the next day with the necessary parts and was able to fix the problem quickly.

My only complaint is that we had to re-schedule two times but I can see that this is just part of the business with people who are always on call. Over all I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of their work and diagnosis of our problem. We have replaced the defective machine rather than repairing. Thank you Jim Clarke

The professional was fine, he was in and out and I was impressed that he had the part in his vehicle. However, I was scheduled for a fix on Friday between 4-6 -- after calling and verifying tech was coming out, at 9;15 I called again and he still had not showed -- I was promised a call by answering service if they were coming/when they were coming and I did not get that. I left a message for them to please contact me and we could possibly set something up for Monday. I got a call Sunday and they scheduled it first thing Monday and the guys were there at 8:30 -- which I was pleased about. I was not pleased at the no show on Friday, but understand things come up, a phone call would've been nice, so I wasn't looking out the window all night.

Great job , in an out in no time . Washer works great with no problems.

They claimed they could be there in half an hour when I called, but it took them 4 hours to get here, with varying excuses and a new ETA each time I called. They finally arrived an hour after they were "5 minutes" away. When they got here, they diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 10 minutes, then gave me advice on how to fix something else myself. They charged $125 for the 1/2 hour visit, which included a part that retails for $46. I was pleased that they had the necessary spare part with them.
