Mr. Spencer was able to start the job on Monday morning after I'd called him the previous Friday -- dumpster delivery and all the equipment and men necessary. His price was fair, and the work was finished (an entire attic of loose vermiculite in a 110-year-old two-story house) when he promised, and the dumpster removed from the drive-way on schedule. He also coached us on applying for a rebate from ZAI trust and replacing the old insulation with more modern safe stuff.. Plus, he's just a nice guy.

We had a pile of vermiculite in a bedroom after a ceiling fan installation. They showed up the same day I called and had everything cleaned up and removed in a couple hours for a fair price.

Arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was courteous and finished promptly. Results took a little longer to get back from the lab. The paperwork was complete with everything that I wanted. It had the reasons why the testing was done, the date, the areas that were sampled, and the signatures that took the responsibility off of me.
