I paid them $700++ to clean 3 sofas, they neither looked clean nor smelled fresh or clean. I feel no real effort was put forth. Would not use them again.

Stone Restoration & Polishing
I had problems with holes in my stone after they completed the steam cleaning. They came back to repair the stones, but through miscommunication, the day they returned, we did not hear the doorbell. At that point they said they were not responsible for the holes in the stones,

"Travertine stone has some holes in it naturally. We went back 2 times to use fillers and after the second time of traveling 30 miles decided it could no longer be corrected for free. We quoted you a ridiculously low price if you still wanted it corrected and never heard from you. When we were at your home your husband was very pleased with the cleaning result. Please do not contact us again. You stood me up!! Dan"

I had used Stanley Steamer in the past, because of poor service by them, I went on the hunt for a new cleaning co. Came across AA Chem Dry and decided to try them out. I was so happy after the my rugs were cleaned, Stanley Steamer took 2 minutes to do my rugs, and spent well over $200 dollars, it was a total rip off. AA Chem Dry were here for a little more than 1/2 hour and did a fantastic job. I will continue to use AA Chem Dry for my future carpet cleaning and recommend that everyone does the same. Great company, great personnel and over all a great experience. VERY PROFESSIONAL....
