AA Construction

I paid this contractor $2600 for a deck project in March 2021, he is only started a portion of the job and has not returned. It is now 3 months later and he has changed his phone number and I have no way of reaching him. Update: 05/31/2021 I would not recommend Angelo to anyone. He made a complete mess of my backyard. I gave him a down payment of $2400. The entire job was going to be around $5200. He started out great communicating with me on a regular, calling to let me know when the inspects were going to inspect the job, etc. The last time he was present was on May 8th, 2021, and have not heard or seen him since. I called him several times/left messages but to no avail. On May 27th he changed his number. Because he was cheaper than others, and younger I wanted to give him the opportunity to be successful, but I guess he is all about taking the money of people. It is a shame how this young man could continue to be like this. The project never got completed.

A polite, punctual gentleman. Did several small items like exchanging a kitchen sink, put in a new faucet, install a new toilet, move an electrical outlet, add a shut off valve to a gas line. Work was great, had all the tools, cleaned up after work was done. Would recommend him.

Angelo was great, polite, and on time. However, he was not prepared and did not have all he needed. I had to use some of my materials so that he did not have to step out and delay the project. Angelo was very cautious but also very slow with his work. I would recommend if you have time on your hands, but to get something quick and efficient, I will not.

AA Construction built a shed/pool house for us. They did a great job and we get a lot of positive comments from visitors. We changed the design of the structure (which made it more difficult to build) after they provided a quote and they still honored the original quote. Very professional and courteous.

Angelo was very nice and seemed professional in the beginning. It took a turn for the worst, though. 1st red flag was that he wanted to sand and paint the deck in the evening in the rain and the snow... How is that supposed to work? The weather improved, but the excuses kept coming. This started on Jan 9, I texted him back and forth with my concerns, saying this was not working out. He agreed to refund the deposit. He kept saying **I mailed the check** but no check ever arrived. I finally sent 1 final text stating that he did not honor the refund agreement. He did show up that day with the refund on Feb 28. He is a young guy, not sure if this is his side hustle, but he needs to be more professional. I cannot rate his work as he did not do much he sanded a few wood slabs and that was it. I wanted to give him the Job as the price was fair, but he was not reliable. I would have to say I would not recommend his services.

The gentleman that service our home was absolutely the best. His mannerisms, I must say was +10. He kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way . The quality of his work is exceptional. I would hire him again for future work.
