I found this company thru Home Advisor and very sorry that I did. From day one this man Paul has given me the run around. He doesn't call or show up as he said he could and when he finally did come he took a part from my dryer and haven't seen him since and I am the one who has to keep calling him and his reply to me each time I let him know that I am very unhappy the way he handles his customers, and business and he keeps promising to be here at a certain time then no show and no phone call. I have been dealing with this from the beginning . He has given me a very strong RED flag warning about his ability to perform and complete this job. I will never use this company ever again. And since he seems to not be concern about this job I have hired a real professional to complete the job .
